Great hotel in the city centre with an amazing view from the terrace

Pros: The location is amazing. The hotel is in the very city centre and there is a tram stop near by. The staff is realy kind. The breakfast has many options and after it you might not even need lunch :D Also there is a terrace with a great view and tea and coffee are always available free of charge.

Cons: There is no elevator in the hotel and the shower in my room was a bit small.

Pros: The owner of the hotel personally checked with us every day to make sure everything was good. On my first day, I arrived very late, yet he still offered me a free breakfast. Every day he kindly gave us cakes and other treats for free such a gentleman! The hotel’s location is perfect, right in the heart of Sultanahmet, within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions.

Quaint, home style, ventral budget hotel. Hrest values

Pros: Very close to no 1 tramline in old city. Great atmosphere. Lovely rooftop sitting area. Great Turkish breakfast. Fabulous staff, Oktay the owner , extremely helpful, bookings, advise etc. close to shops and eating places. This is a 2 star hotel, but excellent value for the budget tourist

Cons: No lift to upper floors , but it is an old house. Not a “posh” street. But atmospheric

An Unforgettable Stay and Owner

Pros: I recently stayed for one night at this B&B and was absolutely blown away by the experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with incredible warmth by the owner. His hospitality was exceptional, making me feel right at home instantly. The location is simply unbeatable—just a short walk from all the main sights, yet tucked away on a quiet street that guarantees a peaceful night's sleep. The cleanliness of the room and the entire property was immaculate; it was clear that every detail is taken care of. The breakfast was a delightful surprise. It was fresh, delicious, and had a great variety of options, far exceeding my expectations for an economic B&B. The value for money here is truly outstanding. You get a top-tier experience without the high price tag. An extra bonus was the flexibility to leave my luggage after check-out, which allowed me to make the most of my last day without any hassle. This level of thoughtfulness from the owner made all the difference.

Perfect stay in the heart of historic Istanbul

Pros: The location is excellent, in the heart of Sultanahmet, still in a very quiet side street. Very rich breakfast. Comfortable mattresses. There is a nice view on the Marble Sea from the top terrasse. But the best is the hotel manager, Oktay, who gives his full heart to the small hotel, knowing well all his guests, and taking care of them to respond immediately to the minor requests/problems.

Cons: The building itself is old, but in the end everything works well.
