Sunflower Apartments

Large and airy, very convenient and a great value for money

Pros: Very convenient for Taksim and Tophane/Kabatash for metro, buses, trams and ferries and bang in the middle for the usual Beyoglu fun and dining. Large living room and well-equipped kitchen. Good heating, essential for winter months. Good size bed, mattress is firm and comfy. The manager attended to our requests and helped with aft-stay luggage keeping.

Cons: Must be the world record bearer for smallest shower/bathroom. Bedroom window opens up to a court well, a bit too grim. Something nearby makes a steady low hum, it is not too intrusive, but may irritate those who are prone to be affected by such sounds. Ceilings are high, but carry through steps from upstairs. I'd also appreciate more floor lamps in both rooms for the darker season.

Fantastic place a 5-minute walk from Taksim Square

Pros: Soner is an excellent host. He met us at the door for the key handover and shared all the information we needed to stay in comfort. The apartment is in a fantastic location, a 5-minute walk from Taksim Square. Everything that we needed was inside. All attractions are within walking distance.

Cons: The bathroom is really tiny. It is okay for a short stay, but it could become a problem for a longer one.

Quiet place in the busiest area of ​​Istanbul. Can recommend!

Pros: Super host!!! Magnificent views from apartments #5 and 6. Great location. Elevator (rare for this area). Fairly good sound insulation for rental housing in Istanbul.

Cons: The only dislike I can highlight is very very very small bathrooms. Shower cabin, toilet and sink are fit in 1 square meter.

Great stay

Pros: Excellent location. Neat and clean apartment. Soner was extremely helpful and efficient. Helped us with taxi booking and luggage etc. very nice stay. However the toilet is too too small. Rest all good. Value for your money.

Cons: Toilet was very very small. Really very small on our apartment on 3rd floor.

Best place to stay in Istanbul

Pros: La situation de l'immeuble dans une rue calme mais proche de la place Taksim et des commerces. Il y a d'excellents cafés et petits restaurants dans ce quartier, Beyoglu est bien mieux que le quartier très touristique sur l'autre rive. On peut le rejoindre très facilement à pieds en traversant le pont Galata. Appartement très confortable Avec ascenseur qui arrive directement dans l'appartement !

Cons: La TV ne fonctionnait pas mais ce n'était pas grave. Peut être que le propriétaire pourrait rajouter une lampe de table dans le salon, l'éclairage au plafond n'est pas chaleureux alors que l'appartement est top.

Το ιδανικό κατάλυμα στην Κωνσταντινούπολη

Pros: Το διαμέρισμα ήταν εξαιρετικό και απόλυτα καθαρό. Η τοποθεσία του είναι πραγματικά ιδανική, ειδικά για την Κωνσταντινούπολη που είναι γεμάτη ανηφόρες ,το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα δεν είχε καμία ανηφόρα μέχρι να βγεις στην πλατεία Ταξίμ, κάτι που μας διευκόλυνε πάρα πολύ στις μετακινήσεις μας. Σε απόσταση μόλις 2 λεπτών υπάρχει σούπερ μάρκετ, ενώ τα μέσα μεταφοράς βρίσκονται περίπου 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια, γεγονός που κάνει τη διαμονή ακόμη πιο άνετη. Ο χώρος ήταν ευρύχωρος, πλήρως εξοπλισμένος, ανακαινισμένος και μοντέρνος, ιδανικός για ξεκούραση μετά από μια γεμάτη μέρα στην πόλη. Η θέα από το δωμάτιο είναι πραγματικά απερίγραπτη, βλέπεις όλο τον Βόσπορο και είναι μοναδική εμπειρία, ειδικά το βράδυ. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν ευγενικός και άμεσα διαθέσιμος για οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε. Σίγουρα θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη!

Cons: Το μόνο αρνητικό σημείο ήταν ότι το μπάνιο ήταν αρκετά μικρό, κάτι που ίσως δυσκολέψει λίγο όσους χρειάζονται περισσότερο χώρο. Εχει όλες τις παροχές που χρειάζεσαι , αλλά το μέγεθος του ήταν αρκετά μικρό. Ωστόσο, αυτό δεν επηρέασε σημαντικά τη συνολική, πολύ θετική μας εμπειρία καθώς το κατάλυμα είναι πραγματικά καταπληκτικό.

Pros: Отличные апартаменты в самом центре. Большая общая зона, полностью укомплектованная кухня, удобная кровать. Рядом магазины, кафе, транспорт, достопримечательности. Очень чисто.

Pros: Местоположение отличное. Вид с номера отличный. Цена качество соответствует. Тяжело припарковать автомобиль, но хозяин сразу предупредил. Мест где найти парковку хватает. Хозяин любезен и приветлив. Рядом полно магазинов и кафе с нормальными ценами.

Cons: Маленькая ванная. Ждали номер с балконом.
