Pros: Понравилось абсолютно всё от расположения до самой квартиры. Есть в всё, что необходимо. До истикляль минуты 3 пешком, до порта кабаташ минут 15 вниз.

Cons: Не нашел, разве что бывало шумно очень на улице, но это везде в Турции.

Pros: Квартира шикарная, всё новое, чистое и аккуратное, есть всё необходимое. Очень тепло и уютно. Расположение отличное, до метро минут 5, до пристани около 15. Рядом много магазинов. Хозяева отвечали очень оперативно, а также разрешили оставить багаж до вечернего рейса.

Cons: Слышимость(( Слышны все звуки, разговоры, скрипы... Благо рядом нет кафе и ресторанов

Tolle Wohnung, die kaum zentraler sein könnte.

Pros: Diese Wohnung können wir nur empfehlen. Obwohl nur sieben Minuten zu Fuß vom Taksim-Platz liegt sie in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Trotzdem gibt es in der Umgebung ein großes Angebot an Gastronomie und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Nach wenigen Schritten erreicht man einen kleinen Laden für den nötigsten Bedarf, daneben ist ein Obstgeschäft. Das Gebäude mit Aufzug ist fast neu, die Wohnung im dritten Stock ist schön hell. Die Einrichtung ist optimal, modern und funktional. Sie ist mit neuester Technik (smart home) ausgestattet. Sie hat Klimageräte in Wohn- und Schlafzimmer, die Fenster können mit Rollläden verschattet werden. Gute und freundliche Einweisung durch den/die Vermieter/in, auch ohne persönlichen Kontakt. Ein kurzfristig aufgetauchtes Problem mit der Elektronik konnte gemeinsam rasch per mail behoben werden.

Cons: Die Wassertemperatur aus dem Durchlauferhitzer schwankt häufig. Ein paar Kaffeebecher wären schön.
