Pros: Clean hotel, value for money. Only drawback is no lift, have to climb the stairs, not suitable for old people

Pros: Everything was great. The apartment is in a good location, very close to Taksim square, also close to all sights across the bridge. The apartment was clean, comfortable, profitable for the money invested. The hosts were very kind. Any recommendation.

Pros: Everything was perfect, the room, the staff, value for money

Cons: Probably someone couldn't be not so happy about the neighbourhood, but we had no complaints at all

Everything is great!

Pros: Excellent accommodation and incredibly helpful staff. Thanks Atabey! There was a bit of noise from the street during the day, but this is Taksim. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

Pros: Very good location, near everything. Host is very attentive and kind.

Cons: Missing few things like extra toilet roll that we had to buy. No had towel to dry our hands and maye some kitchen towels to clean the surface after using them.

This place feels like home already

Pros: It was my second time staying at Armel Homes and I really enjoyed it. The location is close to cafes, shops and tourists attractions. The room itself is cozy, stylish and has everything you need for a comfortable living. And on top of that the owner is a really nice guy who made my stay feel even better. He even texted me in Russian for my convenience. I would be glad to return to this place next time!

Good value for money

Pros: Great location, only a few minutes from Istiklal Cd. Pretty quiet surroundings considering the location - sometimes you can hear traffic on the main road but if windows are closed, sound isolation is good. The lower floor has big windows looking at the street but they are completely tinted so nothing is visible from outside! It was small but cozy, equipped with everything we needed. Smart TV with Netflix and other apps. We arrived in the middle of the night and the key waited for us in the door. We got two bottles of water, slippers and clean towels.

Cons: There were traces of limescale in the bathroom that had not been cleaned. But everything else was tidy, smelled clean, dust-free, etc.

Pros: Хозяин всегда был на связи, все подсказал, рассказал. Заселение прошло быстро и комфортно. Номер чистый, было все очень чисто.

Cons: Можно было бы добавить еще наборы для чистки зубов

Pleasant stay!

Pros: The staff were very accommodating and allowed me to check in early as I had arrived here at 8am. It also helped that the previous guest checked out early. I really appreciated this gesture! Great value for money. The room was exactly like the pictures, very comfy, spacious, and clean with sufficient amenities. Convenient location as it is very near to bus stops, the metro, Taksim Square, and walking distance to all the restaurants as well. Quiet at night.

Cons: It would be helpful if it was named Armel Homes Taksim as well on Google Maps. Currently, you have to input the address itself to find it, but this is just a minor thing.
