Comfortable stay in a quiet place in the hearth of Istanbul

Pros: Great location, in the hearth of Istanbul, close to the main attractions. We had the breakfast included, which was good but I think it can offer a little bit more. In any case really good service.

Cons: Early in the morning we could hear the speaker from the mosque, which was a little bit annoying.

Family stay over the New Year’s Eve in Istanbul

Pros: Great location, walking distance to main touristic attractions, shopping and dining. Reception and hotel personnel friendly and ready to help with any questions. Breakfast with the city and sea view from the top floor.

Cons: Our room didn’t have a view, but some rooms do have. Still would recommend this hotel as this was not critical for us.

Pros: The hotel is in a very central and safe location, only a few minutes on foot from main landmarks and from public transport stops. The room was spacious, clean and quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and with a nice variety. The staff was friendly and helpful. We also received a Istanbul Card upon arrival which was super nice and made thinks easier.

Cons: WiFi signal was not great, but it was usable without major issues. Also car parking arrangements could be better, but again not really an issue.

Excellent stay close to the historical centre of Istanbul

Pros: The staff was very helpful, they took care of us so that we would not miss anything, they helped us with the advice. Special big thanks to Emra! The breakfast was delicious, we stayed 6 nights and every morning there was something different. The location is perfect to visit the historical monuments, also very close to the tram. The room was on the side of the courtyard, so it was quiet. There was no view but it didn’t matter as we spent almost the whole day outside. The view from the breakfast room was great though!

Cons: Some of the hotel equipment was a bit old but it didn’t disturb our stay. The room was a bit dark, some more (or lighter) lamps would be nice.

Cons: I would suggest some renovations, not changing the structure of the building though. Maybe changing the carpet.

Family run small hotel that gives a Turkish warm welcome.

Pros: The location was excellent. The breakfast was fresh and whilst mainly continental was very good. We booked a suite with a sea view and it was spacious and very comfortable.

Cons: The lift is tiny but the owners can’t do anything about that. We used the stairs instead.
