A place where it is truly a pleasure to stay

Pros: The location is excellent, and the facilities are very suitable and in good condition.

Cons: One thing that could be improved is replacing a few bathroom fixtures, such as the waste bin and the toilet paper holder.

Pros: The breakfast was really good and full. It had everything you need and the service and assistance great! Coffee like capuccino was charged as extra. The room was very nice and clean and if you want they come and clean the room every day.

Cons: Didnt have a probelm with something. Only the back side of the hotel, were our room was, can be very noisy from outside noises but apart from that everything was great!

Pros: Loved the excellent location, the stylish building with its modern furniture, and the beautiful rooftop terrace.

Cons: A few staff members showed unprofessional behavior — one named Garip and another, the rooftop terrace restaurant supervisor. However, some staff were excellent, including Ferit and IIKR. I stayed in room L-04, where the shower was not working properly and had black silicone, and tissue paper was not provided in the room even once.

Pros: The hotel staff were very kind and attentive to our two-year-old daughter. The hotel met our expectations, and we were satisfied with the cleanliness and service. Istanbul is a very busy city, so it’s not realistic to expect complete silence from the street in this area. However, the noise did not disturb our rest, either during the day or at night. The people of Istanbul truly won our hearts.

A great place to stay, a great introduction to Istanbul!

Pros: A great place to stay. The buffet breakfast at the roof top bar with exceptional views really made my stay. Excellent location 5 min walk in either direction to Blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Enjoyed my stay here.

Comfortable stay in Istanbul

Pros: Our stay at Innova Sultanahmet in Istanbul was incredibly comfortable! The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. We especially loved the delicious breakfast each morning. With its fantastic proximity to public transport and all the main attractions, this hotel was absolutely perfect for exploring Istanbul. Highly recommend!

Cons: No ironing equipment in the rooms.
