a true gem in Termal
Pros: It was our second stay at the Black bird hotel and we felt like being at home again! This place is a true gem in Termal. The hotel is very spacious and clean, with nice interiors and very helpful and attentive team! We enjoyed fresh delicious food at breakfast and dinner (if you love Turkish food like we do - this will be your personal paradise;) the rooftop pool is amazing both under the sunshine or with cold drops of rain! if you're looking for the place where you can relax, recharge your energy and feel the pulse of life in all the colors, but also enjoy the serenity, this is definitely a right choice for you! we'll definitely come again! çok teşekkürler

Pros: Friendly staff. Good spa. Each room has a hot spring water tap. The rooms are older but clean. Delicious and varied breakfasts and dinners.
Cons: The rooms need cosmetic repairs.

beautiful hotel with a nice thermal pool at the rooftop
Pros: Our suite room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The hotel is very cozy, we would love to come again. Many thanks to the hotel stuff who helped us with every question we had. A special thank you to Aras who supported us in a difficult situation when we urgently had to find the hospital at the night!

Staff was very friendly. Easy transportation to down town by bus, bus station very near to the hotel
Pros: There was a great variety at the breakfast, but the backery items were not fresh, and very hard to eat! Was expected in such hotel, to have them freshly backed !
Cons: The TV had almost 100 channels, all unfortunately in Turkish language, not one single channel in any other language for any tourists guests at the hotel!!!

wonderful hotel for a stay with families
Pros: the facility is good for families as well as couples. breakfast and dinner is composed of a good variety. there is a children room with 2 attendants in the hotel. you can leave the children there for play, but kids must be older than 4 yo. swimming pools are located in the basement and also in the roof. they come with thermal water. btw, thermal water is also available in the rooms. staff is very friendly. they try to help by all means.
Cons: the dining room is small. that causes problems especially when the hotel is crowded. parking lot is not sufficient. management should develop these facilities. swimming pool in the roof is too small.

Pros: The spa workers are amazing. Massage was the best.
Cons: İn the rooms its too hot and it is impossible to make it less. Only by open the window. Breakfast might be better. Especially it would be nice to add some deserts.

Pros: Perfectly located, all facilities are a few minutes walk away. Families with children are welcome. The hotel and rooms are beautifully decorated. The mattress is comfy, the rooms are big. The food buffet is tasty and variable every day. The roof pool is amazing, bath towels are provided, you can have food and drinks in the cafe. All nice, quiet and relaxing. The Spa area downstairs has a pool, steam sauna, regular sauna and a massage rooms. Massage is really good, professional, I advice to try a kase peeling and a foam massage:) The staff is friendly, helpful and polite. Speak basic English.
Cons: Pillows are very hard. If you are staying on the 1st floor, close to the restaurant, music on the weekend is very loud and disturbing.
