Beautiful and comfortable stay

Pros: The staff were very friendly and we were offered tea and coffee upon arrival, which was lovely. The room was very comfortable and large. There were some extra fittings which really made the room feel luxurious, such as an extendable mirror in the bathroom and drying rack in the shower. The breakfast was very good too. Overall an excellent stay and I’d highly recommend. The internet was also fast.

Cons: The only minor issue was that the aircon couldn’t be adjusted to a cooling setting since we went in late autumn, so I found the room a little too warm.

Pros: The hotel is very clean the staff is good ،location and the facilities are perfect for family.

Cons: I like the swimming pool and gym amd breakfast

Pros: Yeni otel, tertemiz odalar, lokasyon çok güzel, kahvaltıda çeşitli yemekler, personel çok dikkatli

Pros: Personalul si hotelul. Curatenie impecabila peste tot. Micul dejun bogat. Ai la parter Carrefour market. Si o benzinarie langa. Raport calitate pret, excelente. Masajul a fost f bun. La o distanta de mers pe jos e si marea.

Cons: Piscina de sus era cu apa calduta iar la temperaturile reci de afara nu s a putut folosi. Era prea rece apa ca sa poti intra in ea. O alta treaba destul de ciudata pt noi este faptul ca spa-ul se afla la subsol si piscina la etajul 3. Peretii nu sunt izolati fonic. Sistemul de inchidere al usilor este una foarte zgomotoasa. Se aude foarte tare cand ceilalti clienti cazati inchideu usa la camerele lor. F neplacut.

Pros: It’s a nice hotel—everything is new and very clean. The room is spacious and comfortable. The hotel also provides a complimentary small cake upon request. It’s located in a high-end area.

Cons: It's not very close to attraction areas , need 20 minutes to thermal

Beklentilerimin çok üstünde

Pros: Personel çok güler yüzlü ve hizmet kalitesi oldukça yüksek. Yemekler ve kahvaltı inanılmaz lezzetli. Odalar son derece modern temiz ve konforlu. Beklentilerimin ötesinde bir tesisle karşılaştım.

Pros: Bonjour, Nous tenions à vous remercier chaleureusement pour votre accueil exceptionnel lors de notre séjour. Nous étions de passage pour notre lune de miel et avons été ravis par la qualité de votre service. Le petit déjeuner au lit était un vrai bonheur, la chambre impeccablement propre, et le jacuzzi a vraiment ajouté une touche magique à notre moment. Super dpa und Wellness Trip, nur zu empfehlen

Pros: Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Bilder zeigen was einen erwartet. Das Personal ist sehr nett und Zug Vorkommend. Das Frühstück war sehr großzügig und super lecker. Es hat an nichts gefehlt.

Cons: Die Lage hat uns kurz erstaunt aber wir wurden netterweise überall hingefahren. Es gibt auch einen Bus in der Nähe.
