Thermal Saray Hotel & Yalova

Pros: Irfun, Su, and another member of staff- maybe Mehdi? Were so very adorable, nothing was too much for them and their particularly elegant style of service and welcome was utterly charming. They radiate warmth and good will The facilities of the hotel are marvellous - spring water in the rooms and a very lovely private swimming pool full of wonderful thermal water Yalova is a touching rustic corner of paradise

Pros: Breakfast was nice, rooms were clean with a balcony. I liked thermal pool here.

Cons: Sauna and hamam were not working. We asked the staff to switch on, they tried to switch the sauna on but it was cold, just 60 degrees. Next day they just said that sauna and hamam are not working.

Excellect Hotel and location

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay here, all the staff were wonderful. girl at reception (apologies didn't get your name) was so helpful, had good knowledge of local transport and speaks good english. Facilities are great, swimming pool, spa etc. Good breakfast menu

Highly recommend

Pros: I spend 4 wonderful days in Saray hotel. It is situated at a nice place, without noise and traffic, just for relaxing. It is very clean and offers delicious breakfast. Spa is good and I had the best massages there. Thanks for everything!

Lovely weekend getaway for two

Pros: - Quick check in. - Friendly staff. - Beautiful room. - Comfy bed. - Great amount and quality of complimentary teas, coffee, water. - Tasty breakfast (fresh veggies, variety of cheese). - Complimentary cake and massage discount (10%) for my birthday. - Unforgettable massage experience at the hotel SPA (fair price, relaxing atmosphere, quality, full body and mind immersion, and relaxation).

Cons: - Hammam and sauna were cold and not heated enough. We were looking forward to spending a while in there and were choosing the hotel with these amenities because of it. - No massage for men. - Bathrobe with holes (I guess they appear after multiple washes) that could be removed/replaced.

Good value for money

Pros: The room was clean, spacious and well decorated The spa was nice, we enjoy the turkish hamam and the massage... The staff was very friendly and helpfull specially AbdelRahim The breakfast was varied and good The hotel is well situated, near many restaurants and shop, you can easly take the micro bus to visit Yalova

Pros: Нам понравился персонал и завтрак тоже был вполне разнообразным. Так же не далеко от отеля есть красивые места где можно прогуляться.

Pros: Прекрасный, домашний отель! Все душевно и действительно по домашнему. Камин, всегда горячий чай, любые просьбы моментально! Шикарные, свежие завтраки, прекрасное спа с минеральной водой. Мы остались довольны! Спасибо всему персоналу отеля за заботу!

Pros: Останахме много доволни от вашия хотел,усмихнат и усложлив персонал ,стаите бяха много топли и чисти .Благодарности на служителите от рецепцията и персонала от SPA зоната .С удоволствие ще ви посетим отново !
