Exceptional, relaxing, private

Pros: Beautiful, exclusive, boutique hotel. Quiet and relaxing. Pool area is cozy and private. More on high end, thus it is not cheap. Exceptional service. Delicious food. It is our second time - highly recommend.

Cons: It is really beautiful place! Nothing major - just some minor wear-and-tear, like peeling wallpaper coners, or window curtains missing decorative elements.

Pros: The hotel is clean and very comfortable, the food is tasty. however as far as they ask about preferences in food so it would be better to offer some gluten free and sugar free options then

Pros: O locație de vis ! Foarte frumos ! Totul a fost foarte frumos, așezarea în natură , camerele cu un decor minunat, piscinele cu apă termală. Mâncarea servită în restaurantul propriu, diversificată și totul proaspăt. Parcare păzită în incinta locației.

Relaxing time

Pros: Well managed hotel. Superb service. Comfortable stay. Very relaxing. Two nice thermal pools. Large selection of spa procedures. Good restaurant service. Only 2 hours taxi drive from IST airport. Thermal historic park nearby.

Beautiful hotel with potential, but some problems

Pros: Very beautiful place and grounds. Rooms were elegant and spacious. The pool area was beautiful although lacking in a few ways. The staff was very nice and helpful whenever needed.

Cons: First off all, hygiene at dinner wasn't amazing. Aside from buffet style where you had to touch too many utencils that other had, water was served in 1.5L bottles that they just refilled. I smelled one of the bottles and it smelled like mold.... very disappointing from this level of hotel with the price. Either find a cleaner solution to serving water or let people buy unopened water bottles. Another big problem was that guardrails in the (beautiful) pool were loose and dangerous. The pool was also all 1.5m deep (no shallow part), so for short people or children it's an issue. Being a thermal pool you'd expect it to be warmer than it was. They would leave doors open and it would get quite cold in the pool area. The people working at the pool area would also not respect closing times and would get annoyed at you if you were there in the 1/2 hour + before closing time. Lastly, the hotel is connected to the pool/restaurant area via a covered tunnel. This tunnel was way too cold to go through when you've come out of the thermal pool and are just wearing your robe. The price one pays to stay at this hotel does not quite match. It's a shame because it had great potential with a few adjustments to match its category.

Pros: otelin yemekleri çok iyi ve kaliteli. sessiz sakin bir ortamı var. mimarisi muhteşem. her şey elinizin altında ve pratik. spa merkezi ve havuzları çok temiz ve güzel. açık havuzu çok sevdik. çam ağaçları ile çevrili tertemiz bir havası var. kışın açık havada havuz keyfi yapmak çok iyi geldi. fakat otelin dışına çıktığınızda pek yapacak bir şey yok. otel odaları amacına uygun, rahat ve konforlu. otelde alkol servisi var. kaliteli ve modern bir aile oteli.

Cons: otel dışında yapacak bir şey olmaması. 2 veya 3 gece sonra sıkıcı olabilir.
