Will most certainly be back in future

Pros: Was absolutely amazing in every respect. The staff were friendly and so forthcoming. The Accomodation was also cheaper than our previous hotel on Istanbul but leaps and bounds better

Cons: Nothing was perfect

Absolutely amazing!

Pros: The location of the hotel is really convenient and so close to the Galata tower and cafes, the room bright and clean with a very nice view! The gentlemen at the reception, mr Mutlu and mr Onur were always there 24h to help us with everything! Definitely recommend to arrange a transfer through the hotel for your way back to the airport so you won’t be stressed with the means of transport and the time. We would definitely come back with my friends, it was a lovely stay! Çok teşekkür ederiz ! :)

Pros: The location is excellent - a T1 tram stop right outside. Onur was incredibly helpful for the duration of our stay, he helped arrange our transfers to and from the airport.

Cons: It cannot be helped as the rooms have double glazing windows, but the hotel is on a busy road. If you are a light sleeper bring earplugs

Good value for money

Pros: Good location, safe, clean, good size room with a/c and amenities, friendly staff who gave advice and provided us with travel cards.

Cons: Busy road outside makes it difficult to sleep at night. More sound proofing on windows, or ear plugs provided could help.

Nice location and price

Pros: Perfect location: 2 mins walk from tophane station where you can catch T1 tram to many tourists spots. 10 mins walk to galata tower. A lot of good spot to eat and nice coffee close to the hotel. All the staff there is very nice and helpful with us. We checkin at 3am and they welcomed us warmly. Amongst the nicest people we found in turkey. The room is enough for 2 adults&1kid. We bring 3 luggage and we still have space to move around. Everything is clean and room was cleaned daily. Overall, worth the money.

Nicest Host, Friendly Hotel

Pros: Everything about my stay was wonderful! The hotel was perfect — clean, comfortable, and in a great location. You can easily explore the entire Galata neighborhood on foot — Galata Tower and Galata Port are just a few minutes’ walk away. Onur was the nicest host I met in Turkey; he went the extra mile to help in every way he could and made sure I had a great stay. Highly recommend!

Pros: Managers in this hotel are really nice people, helped with my hand luggage and explained how everything works. The location of the hotel is very comfortable and the rooms have beautiful views to Galataport , mosque and you even able to see the bridge. Lovely place, 100% recommend!

Fantastic hotel with a perfect location - we loved it

Pros: Its location was brilliant for key attractions, bars, shops, restaurants and the cruise terminal. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly at all times - Onur was probably the one we saw most of over two stays totalling 5 nights with a cruise in between. Miller hotel also organised are transfers from and to the airport but they also organised many more trips. Brilliant stays

Cons: The only little niggle we had is that it is quite tight at one side of the bed

Great location and host!

Pros: Excellent location, everything from top locations is very close, either by foot or by tram or bus. Special kudos to Onur and other hosts, who were there for us for anything we needed. Great stay!

Cons: It is right next to the main street, so have in mind if you don't like a bit noise in the background. It is not too much and was not a problem for us at all.
