Pros: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Istanbul. Everything was absolutely great — clean, comfortable, and very well organized. A very special thank you to Yusuf, the Russian-speaking administrator. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with absolutely everything, even the smallest questions. His support really made my stay easier and more enjoyable. Many thanks to him personally for all his help! The hotel has an excellent location — very convenient for exploring the city. The value for money is outstanding: great quality for a very reasonable price. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. I would be happy to come back again!

Cons: The room was on the 3rd level and the only option to get up there is via the stairs.

Pros: The rooms are clean. The location is in the heart of Karakoy district. The staff is friendly and professional. Even though there are bars and restaurants open late nearby, you won't have too much noise from outside when the windows are closed.

Cons: In one of the rooms we booked, the airco works quite noisy especially for the night hours.

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at Pandan. The facilities were clean and modern. Location was perfect. We were able to do a short 5 minute walk to the habour and transport links and we walked to the grand bazar. The staff were also friendly. I picked this place for the location and didn't regret it, right in the middle of cool and artist cafes, bars and restaurants with mix of local and tourist crowds but away from the hustle and madness of the main tourist location.

Amazing little apartment

Pros: Room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable, the cafe below is extremely nice too!.The staff are all extremely helpful and go the extra mile to make you feel at home!.

Cons: The stairs are an issue if you have mobility issues ,but for us it was fine.
