Pros: We were warmly greeted by Mr. Tufan at the reception desk, who went out of his way to ensure our satisfaction with the service. The hotel staff were very helpful, professional, and kind. This hotel is definitely highly recommended!

Pros: Beautiful hotel , Every staff member was attentive and professional Location is great with all the galata shops and restaurants around the hotel Beautiful clean rooms Amazing roof toop just , it closes at 1am but they were nice to let us stay till 3am Lots of water bottles in the room was highly appreciated ❤️

Pros: Great location, very nice views from the hotel, everyone is friendly, tasty breakfast, rooftop bar!

Cons: Breakfast space was not very spacious and it feels very crowded. Also the music in the rooftop bar was extremely loud, not possible to talk at all.

Pros: Great 👍 in general. Staff were friendly cooperative and hospital. In particular, I commend and praise Safak Erten, the executive chef for his welcoming nature and hospitable manner. Also, the wonderful Ruveyda Bakirhan food & beverage supervisor. Her energetic presence in the restaurant floor and the positive energy she radiates add a refreshing flavour and generous atmosphere. I also would like to extend my appreciation to Chef Asl And the waiters Sedat and Cihan. Also in lobby Forat and Sami. I hope the spelling is correct.
