The evening receptionist made my stay special + top notch location

Pros: I really liked the attitude of the gentleman at the reception who was on duty in the evenings and welcomed me on February 3rd. He was very kind and accommodating, and I truly appreciated that he went out of his way to help me with breakfast arrangements. He genuinely made my stay much better. I also really enjoyed the breakfasts — they were very good and satisfying. The room itself was comfortable and well-designed, even though it was on the smaller side. I’d also like to highlight the very high quality of the housekeeping; everything was always perfectly clean.

Cons: The spa area didn’t fully meet my expectations. I expected it to be more comfortable, especially since the entrance is directly from the elevator and there isn’t a dedicated relaxation area to sit and rest. That said, it was nice that the sauna was always properly heated, and the starry ceiling in the pool was a pleasant and enjoyable detail. Also I really loved the view from the terrace and the excellent location.

I will definitely stay at this hotel again the next time I visit Istanbul!

Pros: Everything was perfect! The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The indoor pool with sauna was a very pleasant bonus. I was overall very satisfied with my stay.

Cons: The only downside was that you can hear people entering neighboring rooms through the door.

Perfect location with accomodating staff

Pros: Execellent loaction. Room is big and clean. The restaurant is spacious and well-decorated. The staff were all extremely nice as well.

Pros: The room was very clean and smelled amazing, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The location is excellent — close to many restaurants and cafés, and also near Galataport. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Hotel for sightseeing

Pros: Great location, clean, nice breakfast on the roof top, room not super big but is ok. Staff in the reception really friendly and helpful. The location is excellent in a modern part of the city and short walk from many touristic destination

Great location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable room

Pros: Everything was great. The staff is very friendly, the room was spacious enough, the bathroom was modern and clean. Also very good location (walking distance to many touristic places) and very close to bus stops and trams. There are many restaurants in the area.

Cons: It's a busy area so it was noisy as we were in the 1st floor and our room were facing a bar nearby. But this didn't spoiled the night, take some earplugs if noise can be an issue to you.

Pros: We enjoyed our stay. Good location. Felt safe walking around.

Cons: It was extremely hot when we were there, so booked this hotel because it had a pool. Unfortunately, it was heated, which was extremely disappointing. Did not make sense to us that they had the heating on!!

Pros: Excellent value money / quality. Located strategically in the heart of Galata. Super clean and well equipped. Exceptional breakfast in the attic with view on the Bosphorus.

Cons: Unfortunately the swimming pool was out of order while there.
