Perfect spot to visit the city

Pros: The property is in the heart of the old town. Perfect location less than 10 minutes from Galata Bridge. The room is spacious and I was upgraded to a deluxe instead of standard. The highlight of the property is the staff. Everyone extremely nice and friendly, especially Ibrahimovic who was very helpful.

Cons: The hotel is located on a very busy road. If you sleep with windows open it can be quite loud. Also cleaning wasn’t the best.

Pros: Near of the important objective that were interested for us. The guys for the reception where very friendly and help us with everything. The room was clean and comfortable

Cons: Not anything bad about the property, but for the other tourists that smoked in the hotel

Nice basic place in good location

Pros: Amazing location. Close walking distance to the main attractions and lots of restaurants around. Very nice stuff and daily cleaning service.

Cons: Basic bathroom, but everything was working well.

Pros: The location of the hotel is perfect! So close to all the restaurants and coffee shops. Galata bridge is just 5 minutes away. The hosts were super kind and friendly, the room was very clean. The bathroom needs a little refreshing, but it was ok.

Cons: The only thing we didn't like was that you can really hear everything happening in the hallway and it was noisy during the night. Also you can hear the noise from outside. May be they can think of soundproofing the rooms. Everything else was great!

Pros: This hotel is located in a central position, in a lively neighbourhood with many restaurants, cafés and approximately 10 minutes walking to the port promenade. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was very nice and always ready to help us with every request.
