Overall a very nice stay especially for families

Pros: The breakfast was really nice it was a good mix between international and turkish breakfast, the staff were really helpful and friendly especially yasar, medeni and kasim, the cleaning lady was also very polite overall the hotel is really good for the price and location plus you can help yourself to a cup of coffee from the coffee corner which was nice

Cons: Maybe improving the facilities like the gym and opening a small cafe area instead of the machine

Good hotel, but could use some TLC

Pros: Overall a good stay. Staff is friendly and helpful, the hotel is well located very close to the bridge and Galata tower.

Cons: I wouldn't say I didn't like but the photos are a bit misleading. The hotel has seen better days, it's now a bit tired. The carpets on the hallways, for example, are full of stains. Would be better to just remove the whole thing. There are some photos of the breakfast there are also not completely true.

Wonderful time would recommend it and will be coming back!

Pros: Amazing experience, the staff are highly accommodating, the room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast spread was delicious!! I don’t think the photos do this place justice honestly! Not to mention how convenient the location is!!! Close to trams and a few mins walk from the Galway bridge, loads of food places around Karakoy, I could go on about how amazing this place is!!
