Pros: Breakfast was amazing — a real feast — and available all the way until 1 PM, which you almost never find! The staff were fantastic, and even with all the stairs up to the terrace room, they delivered our dinner, drinks, and dessert quickly and without any hassle. The gorgeous view from the terrace room, plus the high ceilings and the huge space, made our stay even more special.

Cons: The hotel is on a steep hill and then many stairs follow to reach the terrace room. However the room and view are totally worth it.

Pros: The personal was expedit! I really enjoyed it and the hotell I'd amazing. Great rooms and beautiful views. I really recommend it. It's near to all the turist destinations 👏 I'm definitely coming back :)

Pros: De uitstraling is geweldig, en nog beter zijn de vriendelijke medewerkers. Tijdens de avonddienst was er een jonge man die uitstekend was, zijn naam is Mohammed. In de ochtenddienst was de service ook heel goed. Bedankt voor alles.

Pros: Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend. Vom Hotel ist man in wenigen Gehminuten auf dem Arabischen Basar, der Galatabrücke oder an der Metro. Die Einrichtung des Café sieht sehr schön aus und schafft eine tolle Atmosphäre zum verweilen. Auch die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und die Stühle saßen sich super. Das inkludierte Frühstück war ein typisches Frühstück mit Brot, Pommes, Oliven, Ei, Käse, Tomate, Gewürzpaste, Schoko-Erdnusscreme und Tee (alles auf einem Teller in verschiedenen Schälchen). Den Kaffee musste man extra zahlen, der Preis ist fair und er schmeckte gut (Siebträgermaschine).

Cons: Wir hatten leider Schimmel im Bad und der Lüfter sollte mal getauscht werden. Insgesamt waren wir trotzdem sehr zufrieden. Leider spricht das Personal kaum Englisch. Die Zimmer sind recht hellhörig. Die Fenster (sie können geöffnet werden) aber gut isoliert.

Kicsit jobbra számítottunk, de megfelelt a szállás. A panorámáért választottuk és az szuper volt.

Pros: A kilátás a szoba ablakából az Aranyszarv-öbölre nagyon tetszett. A konyha elég jó, bár a választék nem nagy.

Cons: A szobabelső befejezetlenséget, igénytelenséget sejtetett, és zavaró volt a konyha közvetlen szomszédsága. A képek alapján kicsit jobbra számítottunk, de nem volt rossz az összbenyomás.

Pros: The place is perfect. The staff is more than nice, and very friendly. Metro, Bus and Tram are all 200 meters or less far away. The place is clean and very safe.

Cons: Only one thing to note, main access to the Hotel is kinda hard because of a high hill. If you are old or sick you might consider that. Other than that the location is perfect.

Stunning view over the Golden Horn

Pros: We had an amazing experience with a stunning view. The view from our room was absolutely beautiful. The rooms were clean and comfortable enough for two people. We had a great time in the restaurant area. Even though we had a short stay, we loved the restaurant area. The breakfast and the shisha were excellent. When I had work to do, connecting to the internet was easy and working with my laptop against the backdrop of the Istanbul view was fantastic.
