Perfect again

Pros: The rooms were very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable, which made our stay very relaxing. What truly made the difference, however, was the reception staff. They were incredibly helpful, supportive, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. From check-in to check-out, their professionalism and kindness exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel

Good value for money, would come again

Pros: I think the property is good value for money, the room was clean (unlike some other hotels in Istanbul), breakfast was fine, convenient location, friendly and attentive staff. (Extended my stay by one night)

Cons: Some drainage odour in the bathroom, soundproofing is not great

Amazing

Pros: Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights was very pleased, enjoy our stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful, plus we were close to tourist areas easy to travel. I would recommend this hotel. When you’re leaving they give you a necklace as a gift it was so sweet.

Good value for money

Pros: We had a nice stay at the hotel. The location is close to the Egyptian Market, and to the public transport stops. The breakfast was delicious with enough options (eggs, vegetables, cheese, olives), but was repetitive, didn't change for our whole stay.

Cons: The bathroom had a bit of a strange smell

Pros: Hospitality , warm, good location, very delicious breakfast on terrace with beautiful view!!!!!!! All of them are so helpful, smiling, warm people! Very comfortable bed!!!!!

Comfy rooms and stunning rooftop terasse - superb location

Pros: Very bright, comfortable room with all we needed. Complimentary bottled water, Wonderfull rooftop terasse with stunning view over Beyoglu / Galata tower and the bay. Breakfast - huge variety of local dishes ( do not expect classical European continental buffet).

Cons: Nothing. ( may be quite narrow bathroom)

Timur saves the day

Pros: Timur was brilliant, so helpful especially as I was really struggling with the language barrier as not many people seemed to speak English including other staff at the hotel. Without Timur I would have really struggled

Cons: It might help to be clear about the lack of English speaking staff aside from Timur so travellers are prepared, as if Timur was not on duty it would not have been a great experience. Everyone was very nice but a language barrier is a big issue when travelling solo as a female.

Overall perfect stay and place to live in. Closeby you have bus stop and port so public transport is accessible. Recomme

Pros: The reception guy Timur was super nice and tried to guide everything I asked about. The stay was overall good. Their terrace upstairs is very tidy and beautifully placed. You can get water, tea and coffee free almost anytime of the day.

Cons: They had huge breakfast buffet but they kept it same throughout my 4 nights stay there. May be some changes every day would make it better. The staff other than Timur didn’t speak english. They need to keep some switch converters because they save all 2 pin rounded switches so every power supplier is not going to work unless you have the converter.

Service, views, location made this a perfect centre for our holiday

Pros: Boutique hotel in a great location for exploring Istanbul, fabulous views over Golden Horn and Galata Tower.
