Pros: All was great ! Very helpful stuff on the reception, the location was amazing, very close to historical center.

Good option for a city centre hotel

Pros: The location is excellent and this makes it easy to navigate the city and all major sites. Great staff and a good restaurant for an evening option.

Cons: The room was very warm at night as no air con available at this time of year. Breakfast is limited for those with more western tastes.

Cons: Breakfast buffet could be a little more comprehensive. TV channels in the room all in Turkish language, no international channels available!

Excellent Hotel

Pros: Everything was excellent, the staff (very polite and helpful), the breakfast, the room (comfortable and clean), the location of the hotel (close to (Hagia Sophia, Topkapi and blue mosque)

Cons: The WiFi wasn't so good. I don't know if there is a problem of the hotel or there is a bit of a problem with the internet in the hole city

Pros: Excellent location, just few steps from Cemberlitas tram station and 5 minutes to Blue Mosque. Exceptional staff, all very kind, smiling and helpful. Nice and clean rooms, with good breakfast. Been there two times and will definitelly come back.

Pros: Great location. Clean and tidy room. Good brrakfast.

Cons: Very noisy in the room.The walls are very thin and you can barely hear every single noise like the other people are staying in the same room. If travelling for business you might be able to go to sleep at 01.00, due to the surounding noise.

Pros: The rooms are well appointed and the facilities are very good. The hotel is in a very good location.

Cons: The beds are too short for tall people

New & clean!

Pros: New & clean hotel in the old city center. Very good option for 2026 in Istanbul. Breakfast decent. Parking available on the street approx 10 euro/day or valet parking in hotel garage 15 euro/day.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: The staff at the reception desk were absolutely amazing. All of the receptionists were extremely caring and went the extra mile. From the moment you step into the hotel, you are greeted with a wonderful smile and a helpful attitude that lasts until your last day. This is truly unforgettable. This is very good hotel at absolutely amazing location with virtually 10 minutes walk from every important spot in the historic centre. To summarise 1) Very clean place 2) The staff pay close attention to their customers. 3) Absolutely amazing location 4) Plenty of good quality restaurants and shops around 5) Stone's throw to the Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sophia, etc 6) Nice restaurant with good food in the same hotel

Cons: 1) Unfortunately, breakfasts are extremely monotonous. Even though there are plenty of different dishes, they all taste the same. I have to say that the food is the weakest aspect of an otherwise great place. 2) The room was extremely cold upon our arrival and it took a couple of hours to warm up with the air conditioning set to 30°C. I suspect this is due to the room's location at the corner of the building, with large windows, and the low outdoor temperature, which was around 6°C on this particular day. However, this is something that could have been anticipated by the staff.

Pros: Great location, very convenient heated underground garage, super friendly staff.

Cons: The breakfast could be better, bigger variety, the coffee was not good.
