Pros: My stay at this hotel was excellent from start to finish. The hotel is very comfortable, extremely clean, and feels new and well maintained. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. What truly made the experience special was the staff - everyone was kind, attentive, and welcoming. A special thanks to Aziz, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful and made me feel truly cared for during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel to stay

Pros: The room was clean a and decorated in a quite beige-grey tones. There was a TV, but only in Turkish and it was not possible to connect to iPad. The room was cleaned every day and towels were changed everyday. We had a kettle in a room, basic tea, coffee with sugar was provided every day so we could make tea and coffee ourselves. The location is very central, less than 10 min walk to the Blue Mosque and Aya Sophia. The metro station is also less than 10 in walk, we used it to go from and to the airport. There are a lot of restaurants and shops nearby.

Cons: The room is quite small. The bathroom is very small: to open the door to the shower you have to close the door to the bathroom. The isolation between rooms are very bad, in the next room people were talking on the phone and you can hear everything. However, there is not so much noise from the outside, only from the rooms within the hotel. Breakfast is kind of limited, especially if you come after 9, the food is finishing and they don't put more. For example, the simit bread was cut in very small pieces, and after 9 in was only few pieces left and when it was finished they didn't put more, the same was with the cheese. We missed some more traditional Turkish breakfast , the breakfast provided by the hotel is more European. They had some mezze, vegetables, 4 types of cheese , bread, some charcutier (but it was horrible), some fruits, boiled eggs egg omelet, one day there were some sausages in tomato sauce, another day some kind of cabbage pie but it was dry , another day some kind of vegetables pancakes - they were served hot and the next day few of these pancakes were served cold (I assume leftovers). Most of the days they had the same desserts with 1-2 new each day. In general cookies and cakes were dry . They had really nice cookies (I guess with sesame paste), also one day they had kind of chocolate cake it was also very soft and not dry, the rest of brownies and cookies were not good. They had coffee machine and filter coffee, tea. They also had a Turkish coffee, but we didn't know about it, only once we got it, when one of the stuff members offered it to us.

Pros: It was excellent value for money. First of all, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay. The location is perfect, with easy access to the metro and tram lines, making it convenient to reach other parts of the city. The main historical attractions are also within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was rich and delicious with a good variety of options. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip.

Cons: Bathroom was a bit small. The receptionists should speak slow and use Google Translate if guests cannot speak English very well.
