Very nice hotel with good rooms & decor throughout, & a fabulous location for both sightseeing & shopping! S
Pros: The hotel is well maintained & rooms/ bathrooms were very nice (though a tad small)-it’s a fairly new property so everything was also in good condition. Staff are very friendly too.
Cons: Though the breakfast-in-room option is good, when you’re trying hurrybout for sightseeing, with very speedy & efficient service, a restaurant for breakfast (buffet-style) would be a good addition. However, given proximity to the main tourist spots, there is a huge selection of cafes & restaurants at a stone’s throw from the hotel. Also make sure to take cash to pay for their airport shuttle, if using, as they don’t take cards for it. It was pure luck that one of our party had the requisite amount handy else we would have had to convert at uncertain transaction charges!!

Pros: We stayed here for one night on the last day of our honeymoon from Japan to Turkey. We were able to create the best memories. The front desk and rooms were very clean, and the emerald green decorations were very beautiful. The beds and pillows were also very high quality and comfortable, and it is very convenient to access major tourist sites such as Hagia Sophia and the station. Above all, the thoughtfulness and hospitality of the staff was wonderful, and I think it is the best in Istanbul. As soon as staff members ENGIN and MURAT found out that we were on honeymoon, they gave us wonderful hospitality. It was the happiest time during our stay in Istanbul. They also smoothly arranged recommendations for tourist spots and restaurants, and were very kind to us even though we could not speak English or Turkish. It is a wonderful hotel where all the staff take great care to ensure that customers return home happy and warm. I'm sure it will become a very popular hotel in Istanbul!

Best kept secret in Istanbul.
Pros: Perfectly placed in the old town part of Istanbul, only minutes from the Grand Bizarre and Blue Mosque with great restaurants and supermarket very close. The staff and facilities are excellent and near new. We loved this place.
Cons: No complaints, all good.

Great, budget friendly stay for female solo traveller
Pros: The stay was excellent - all of the staff members were very polite, professional and friendly. I was also given a free room upgrade by the staff (manager himself was also welcoming me). They even had some fruits for me in the room. The room was clean and pleasant to stay at even though the view is only to one narrow street. It was really nice, clean boutique hotel with authentic decor and really good location. Grand bazaar, Sultanahmet, Aya Sofia and Serefiye cistern were only a short walk away. 😇 Nice restaurants nearby and staff gave good recommendations on what to visit and/or eat. Thank you! Sorry I’m not mentioning names - I’m bit afraid to mis-spell them. :) Totally worth staying at and hope to visit again soon. 🙂
Cons: They could think of ways to upgrade breakfast options inside hotel, but there is also many places nearby to have breakfast - so for me it didn’t really matter much and I actually didn’t book a room with breakfast. I was still offered to have coffee or tea for breakfast. :)

Pros: This hotel literally saved my vacation in Istanbul. After arriving in a very bad hotel, I needed to find another place and I ended up in The Emerald Mansion hotel though a last minute on booking. Which is a really cosy, totally new hotel in the center of Sultanahmet. My room was absolutely beautiful and I got treated like a princess by the staff. The location is also great. Sultanahmet is absolutely were you would want to stay. The hotel is 5 min walk from the Haya Sofia, the Blue Mosque and the Gran Bazaar.
Cons: I can honestly not fault it in any way.
