A comfortable, clean stay with friendly staff, a perfect location, and exceptional service.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Roy’s Hotel & Suites. The apartments were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and always willing to help, especially Vildan — she was incredibly sweet and made us feel so welcome. The location was perfect and very convenient, making it easy to get around and enjoy everything nearby. We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to return!

Pros: The location is fantastic. Ms Vildan at the reception desk was very kind and helpful.

Pros: Location is perfect, Istikal is uphill but close. There is a cheaper large market a few minutes away, restaurants and tram is close. Staff is extremely polite and helpful, breakfast is the same every day but sou have a few options to choose so it is enough.

Cons: We had an issue with missing blankets for the third person, but staff was helpful and provided us what whas missing so they made up for that mistake.

Very nice experience

Pros: The room was clean and spacious. Comfortable bed and a good city view. Breakfast was fresh and nice.

Pros: Our stay at Roy’s Hotel was perfect! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and many of them speak very good English. The breakfast was excellent, a big thank you to the breakfast team, especially Sezin and Mahboobe. The location was great as well, everything is within walking distance and very well connected. I will definitely come back! A huge thank you also to Yahya, Vildan, and Ehsan, who made our stay so much easier with their professionalism and kind communication.

Pros: Location, it is within walking distance from many turistic attractions, shops and restaurants. The stuff was very friendly and always ready to help.

Cons: The kitchen in the room, although well equipped with appliances like dishwasher and fridge, was missing basic stuff like forks, spoons, glasses and plates to fit a family of four. From time to time there was cigarette smell coming into the room from vents or from coridor. This is not a hotel issue but guests smoking in their rooms.

Pros: Really nice staff, receptionists were extremely nice and accommodating. Rooms clean, new, fully equipped and modern. Lifts new and clean. Breakfast very nice, lots of choices, everything was fresh and delicious.

Simple elegant and convenient stay close to the main attractions

Pros: Very close to main attractions in Istanbul. Located in an area with aesthetic art and curios. Safe neighbourhood. Clean rooms. Charming and helpful hosts / front desk. Easy access to the metro.
