Witt Istanbul Suites

Pros: Staff were genuinely great—helped me with a special request related to an important date and a few other things I asked for. Always polite, attentive, and truly customer-focused. I really felt supported the whole time. Breakfast was also very good. Even when I came a bit late or almost missed it, they still made sure I was served every time. The team consistently goes the extra mile to deliver fantastic service.

Lovely hotel and great location ( but not if you want quiet on NYE)

Pros: 1.Great helpfulstaff that reserved three excellent restaurants for us 2. Large comfortable room with a lovely view 3. Delicious breakfast and good coffee 4. Interesting local neighborhood with lovely shops and cafes

Cons: Very noisy on NYE with a rooftop restaurant/ bar right opposite our room. I thought that we would escape the noise in this environment. Sadly the windows were not soundproofed sufficiently

Great location, nice room with a view.

Pros: Great location, quiet area but very close to Taksim Square, shops, cafes and only a 45 minute walk to the Blue Mosque. Staff were all polite.

Cons: Breakfast was limited and felt a little like lunch based on the selection. Facilities are good but limited.

Superb hotel and location

Pros: The Penthouse Suite was very comfortable, with a superb view over the Bosphorus. It would be lovely in warmer weather when best use could be made of the terrace areas. There was good wardrobe space, robes and slippers, and a nightly turndown service. It was good to be able to access Netflix on the tv. Breakfast was served in the lobby area, but the tables are well set out each day and the buffet is good, with a good selection of quality fruits, yoghurt, cheeses and turkey ham, plus hot dishes available to order. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is perfect for seeing all the historical sights of Istanbul, being just a short tram ride.

Cons: The only downside for us was the very steep hill to get down to the tram station. We knew about this when we booked and thought it would be ok, but it really was rather arduous.

Perfect experience!

Pros: The interior of the property was clean, modern and very comfortable. The room was big, with great views over the city and included all of the necessary amenities. The bathroom was also very clean and comfortable. The hotel has a large terrace on the roof, offering an incredible view of the city. The hotel breakfast was good, offering both local breakfast food and an intercontinental breakfast. Overall, we were very impressed with the hotel and its very welcoming staff. The hotel is located in a very nice neighbourhood with lots of independent restaurants and stores.

Perfect stay in the best area of Istanbul

Pros: The location is perfect—close to the lively streets of Cihangir, the port, and public transportation. The room was spotless, the bed extremely comfortable, and the water pressure excellent. The rooftop view was outstanding, as was the view from the room. Breakfast was great and plentiful, with many options and delicious local pastries. The staff were very friendly; truly nothing negative to say.

Cons: Nothing comes to mind, I had a perfect stay.

Pros: Spotless, great location, tremendous views and delicious breakfast. The staff were all lovely. Ozan was particularly helpful.

Hidden gem in Istanbul

Pros: Really well located with a rooftop view to equal Galata Tower. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Don't let the location put you off. Easy short walk down hill to the tram stop. The breakfast is not extensive but it is a small hotel and the selections should appeal to most people. The rooms are well appointed, clean and comfortable.

Cons: The short steep climb from the tram stop back to the hotel but it is manageable. Just take your time.
