Pros: It was very close to everything, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious with great variety.

Pros: The price-quality ratio is excellent, which is not often found in Istanbul. I liked the bathroom the most!

Cons: Cleaning came only if you asked for it, and there were also minor difficulties with Internet speed.

Pros: Everything in the hotel seems to be new. Public transportation very close (2-3 minutes walk). Supermarket right next to the hotel. Very good local restaurant close by - park kebap & pide. Breakfast was ok, nothing more.

Cons: There is no sign on the building and the reception is in the vuilding across the street. We lost 10-15 minutes looking for the place. The bed us too soft for my taste and the pillows too large and uncomfortable. Only instant coffee served at breakfast The water in the shower was lukewarm at best. Bathroom was not properly cleaned before our check in (used bottles of shower gel forgotten in the shower) Wi-fi on and off.

Pros: It’s more a set of rooms than a hotel, located right across from the 4-star Sabiha Sultan Hotel, which handles check-in/check-out and breakfast. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the Tophane tram stop. The room was nicely finished and exactly as shown in the photos on Booking, with a very spacious bathroom. Everything was spotless. The minibar only had two small cartons of water, but it’s handy if you need to keep drinks or food. Breakfast offers a nice variety of Turkish dishes, though there are fewer options for a European-style breakfast or sweets.

Cons: The address on Booking is incorrect! It took me almost half an hour to realize that the hotel is actually 100 meters down the street, right across from the Sabiha Sultan Hotel, which manages check-in/check-out and breakfast. There is no WiFi in the rooms, which is quite inconvenient. I had to use my phone as a hotspot... Breakfast offers a good selection of Turkish dishes, but fewer options for a European-style breakfast or sweets.

Great location and amazing breakfast

Pros: Good location within walking distance to Galata tower and easy commute by tram to Sultanhamet. Breakfast was great and good attention from the staff.

Cons: Everything was great — the location, the staff (both reception and chef), and the cleanliness were all excellent. would like to sincerely thank all the reception staff — Gulnara (morning shift), Akber (afternoon shift), Dayanch (night shift), and their manager, Kerem. They were all so kind, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay. A special thanks to Gulnara and Akber, who were always ready to help, provided us with accurate information, and made sure we felt comfortable at all times. Your hospitality truly made our stay memorable. On our first day, the driver who picked us up from the airport had some difficulty finding the hotel because the GPS gave the wrong location. Anyhow We called the receptionist, and Ms. Gulnara came out from the hotel. She kindly helped and guided us to the hotel with great hospitality. I would suggest adding a signboard with the hotel’s name at the top, visible from the main street, so it’s easier for guests and drivers to find.
