Hotel Ipekyolu

Good, friendly hotel with perfect location and nice staff.

Pros: Perfect location, close to the main historical attractions in Istanbul. Railway station for suburban trains to Sirkeci is 100 meters away. The staff is very friendly and service minded. The rooms are clean and have the standard which can be expected for a hotel at this price level. My room had 4 beds so it is suitable for a family with 2 kids. Comfortable beds, you sleep well and the place is silent in nighttime. Breakfast is simple but good.

Cons: It was somewhat complicated to turn on and off the lamps by the bed. The switch was hidden behind a big closet. The hotel have a roof terrace, from where you can have a splendid view of the Bosphorus. But unfortunately it was not in a good order and not very welcoming - why?

Pros: The staff is lovely and very helpful, the location is great for the tourist area, also recommend the Taksim area for nigth life.

Cons: The tourist area too manybreatourants competing for attention..the hotel is simple and old but has it old. The staff compensated for the lack of. Modern arquitecture

Pros: Very kind and helpful owner who remembered every guests name. The location was central and the rooms had character. It was nice that the breakfast options were slightly different every day.

Pros: Fantastic location - literally across the road from the Cankurtaran Tram station and walking distance from the Grand Hagia Sophia etc ..

Cons: Beds could do with a bit of a refurb :)

Pros: The sttuf was very kind and helped us with the organization from day one. The main builduings Are near ( Hagia Sophia, Topkapi palate, Bosphorus )

Pros: Great location of the hotel — many major attractions are within walking distance. A beautiful view from the room’s balcony. The hotel is also located right next to the U3 tram line station and just a bit further from the T1 line.

Relaxing experience and great location so made my holiday easy.

Pros: The location was good, there was a bit of walking but everything we wanted to see was within walking distance.

Cons: Everything was amazing, I wish there were more breakfast option. It was the same daily, I wish there was a little bit more of fruit variety. It was great for me, but my girls really struggled finding something they enjoyed.

Pros: отличное местоположение, рядом со старинной крепостью и мечетью, хорошая транспортная доступность, от аэропорта на автобусе можно доехать, остановка совсем рядом, очень приятный персонал, красивое убранство лобби, все прошло отлично!
