Pros: In Istanbul, the most important thing is the people you meet. At the Xenia Hotel, you will definitely be lucky in this regard. You will be completely safe, and you will receive the utmost care and warmth. And although our trip was full of unexpected twists and turns, Timur was always able to help with everything and always in touch. We would love to return to this hotel. It has a good location, cares for its guests, is nicely renovated, has comfortable beds, offers coffee, tea, and water at the reception (for free), and has a small refrigerator in the room. We are satisfied. Thank you 🙏

Close to the tourist area for the reasonable price

Pros: Everything was good during my stay. The bed is comfy and convenient. The hotel's location near the main tourist area was perfect for my short trip.

Cons: The shower had some issues, but overall it didn't bother me much.

Pros: The location is very good and the staff, specially Umut was super helpful. He recommended us nice restaurants which are not tourist traps. The hotel is easy to reach and just 2 mins from the sea.

Cons: Minor inconvenience, but the washroom in our room had a bad smell
