Kemer Country Hotel İstanbul

Pros: Everything, atmosphere, service level, clean, so relaxing

Lovely secluded hotel

Pros: Beautiful hotel. Décor throughout the hotel is excellent especially the bedrooms.

Cons: Although the breakfast was very nicely presented, they didn't offer a vegetarian option, nor give options for how I would like the eggs made. Also, spa area is not to the standard of the rest of the hotel and prices are unreasonably high.

Great hotel, Great location, especially from Airport and to City.

Pros: My room was cleaned while I was out because I put the request on the door notice. this worked really well and I appreciated it. The room was right near the pool so that was extra nice! Pool was amazing, large and at points its 2.2m deep so you can have a proper swim! The atmosphere once you got inside the hotel was very good.. Quality of bed and room was great.

Cons: the WIFI process was blocked by my phone and my colleagues phone. so it obviously needs to be easier to log in to. It can still be secure but must be easy. The breakfast needs to be on a written menu in English. Its not self serve so don't know what you are getting and the staff didn't understand English, even though they made a good attempt to try. the air conditioning and lighting in the room was complicated to work out.

Refreshing amazing stay

Pros: I really love where it is located very quiet and peaceful The rooms are in excellent condition with high ceilings and nice furniture

Pros: The Location, relaxation, food is good. Very kind staff and cooperative.

Cons: The massage quality does not meet expectations, especially considering the fees, which are lower than anticipated. We requested an iron, but the staff informed us that it is unavailable currently.

Great stay in the middle of Istanbuls biggest forest

Pros: Nice hotel in the middle of a forest, close to Istanbul Airport. Great breakfast, great big and comfortable rooms and great facilities. Love the 25m pool for a morning swim. Also, if you like dogs, this is your spot. There are loads walking freely around the forest.

Cons: The hotel is getting older, but is holding on really well. The rooms are built firmly and with quality materials. A shuttle-bus to the village of Gokturk would be a nice addition.

A memorable stay in a great hotel

Pros: Rooms and all facilities were exceptional. Staff is very kind and always willing to help you and resolve any problem that you may face. We were in this area for an equine competition so the location for us was perfect but possible this will not be the case if you want to visit center of Istanbul since it is more than 30 minutes away, depending on the traffic. Not to forget that the surrounding is great.

Cons: As I mentioned staff is always willing to help but there is a difficulty to communicate in English. Additional the main restaurant closes early enough at 10 pm and you could not order later than that. Finally, during the first night of our stay, hotel hosted a weeding and music was loud enough but it was just for one night

Pros: Quite, good golf course and a nice on site restaurant

Cons: The breakfast is a little disappointing plus you have to pay extra to get an orange juice

Pros: Facilities and rooms were great, amenities were of high quality, staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was very good since we stayed there due to participation in games that took place in Kemer but is away for someone who wants to visit Istanbul.

Cons: Firstly, although personnel was very helpful, it was difficult to communicate with them due to English language barrier. Additionally, breakfast could be more plentiful as we expected in such a good hotel. Finally hotel's restaurant was closing earlier than expected, at 10 pm.
