Pros: Unique view and location. The breakfast was one of the best. The spa center is also exceptional And They work with the best brand, Biologique Recherche.

Cons: The air conditioning system was very strong and noisy — even at the lowest setting. It was impossible to sleep with the air conditioning on.

Pros: It is everything amazing.The location is beautiful,the rooms are very spacious and clean.It s a marvelous view of the Bosporus.Highly elegant.The staff are extremely kind and helpful.The restaurants are great,during the delicious meals it s a wonderful view.I can just recommend for people who like luxury.

Cons: There is nothing to complain about.

Pros: We stayed here as a family and had a truly perfect experience. The views of the Bosphorus were stunning, the room was luxurious and comfortable, and the overall service was world-class. I would especially like to thank Mustafa, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. His support really made a difference. A huge thank you to the Hotel Management as well for arranging a private boat transfer to Çırağan Palace Kempinski when the roads were closed due to the marathon. Thanks to their quick action, we made it to the airport on time. Truly impressive service!

Excellent.

Pros: Very clean and the room was beautiful and spacious. It was my mom’s birthday and they brought her cake and balloons. Our butler (a young woman named Beyza) was extremely attentive, helpful and hospitable. She was amazing. One of my favorite things is that the bathroom includes a handheld bidet (shattaf) which was perfect and accommodating to different cultures.

Cons: The location can be very crowded and a bit far from usual hangouts. Other than that was excellent.

Pros: Everything about this hotel was beautiful and stunning. Location, breakfast, attention to detail and service were excellent. The staff were friendly and assisted with everything especially the Concierge and Ozer who were always helpful and efficient. We loved the views and the food at the restaurants was amazing. Our rooms, the spa and the hotel facilities were luxurious. We had a memorable holiday and look forward to staying the MO Istanbul again.

Mixed experience

Pros: Very nice location next to Bosporus. Very wide and good breakfast. Very good Spa.

Cons: The servicelevel in the restaurants for dinner where poor, a lot of mistaces from the staff who didnt understand english to 100% and also seemed to dont have the professional manners. The allowance of smoking in the restaurants (all except Hakkasan) were unpleasant.

Outstanding property with some of the best service I have ever found. Location is superb.
