Really appreciated his kindness and professionalism, made the check-in experience smooth and pleasant. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing hotel, amazing clean rooms, location is great. All staff are exceptional.
Pros: Staff are super accommodating and amazing. Housekeeping went above and beyond, they often had my pj’s folded for me coming in. Reception staff also exceptionally polite and helpful. They made it feel like home for the 4 nights we stayed ❤️
Cons: Loved it all and I look forward to going back ❤️

Great, friendly, small hotel for travellers by car, comfy and professional staff.
Pros: The staff is super friendly and professional, the valet service is good. The room is large and bathroom as well. I loved the bed too.
Cons: Wifi service was extremely slow, unable to stream anything even in low bandwith.

It was a pleasant experience, I would be happy to stay here again.
Pros: - I specifically chose this hotel because it is within walking distance of a certain place I needed to go. Since Istanbul is built on hills, I wasn’t surprised that I had to climb up to the building. - I got the room I had selected when making the reservation. It looked just like in the pictures, with a wonderful view of the Bosphorus. - There is a small shop just 2 minutes from the hotel where you can buy many things if needed. - Restaurants, pharmacies, bus stops, the seaside, and a small bazaar are all within easy walking distance. - A taxi you order arrives at the hotel within 2–3 minutes. (I used bitaksi app.) - The staff are kind and helpful.
Cons: - Breakfast is a bit boring; it would be nice if it were a little more varied, e.g. yogurt, eggs prepared in different ways, different cold cuts, and salads. - The maids could pay a bit more attention to making sure everything is replenished every day.

Pros: Cozy, boutique and in a nice location. For the price it is very good. We were greeted by very smiling and responsive guys. Very good hotel.
Cons: I only have a remark about the cleaning in the rooms.
