Good place for long stay near to Tram an bus station on the main road

Pros: The location was great (3 minutes to the tram stop, 30 minutes away from the city center). The room was comfortable, and it had everything I needed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ok, very basic: eggs, sausages, bread, olives, jam.

Pros: Ava is a brand new hotel ,well decorated ,very clean .Well equipped kitchen with all necessary kitchenware including microwave, tea maker, dishwasher and washing machine . The staffs are super friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Hedayat and Mohammad in reception. Location is great, next to bus station and Tram station(T5)

Cons: Lack of black curtain in the bed rooms. Poor breakfast.
