Pros: Stylish and very cosy. Nice to have a washing machine and dryer.
Cons: It was very cold inside the apartment, even with the windows closed and the ac on. Also noisy in the evening due to honking traffic but that stops around 1 am.

Spacious apartment at the central Tophane
Pros: The location is excellent with just a few minutes walk to the Tophane tram station, which made getting around Istanbul very easy. Walking distance to Taksim and also Galata Tower. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable for two people and fully equipped kitchen. It’s also surrounded by plenty of restaurants and local shops, so everything we need is conveniently nearby. Overall stay was pleasant with newly renovated unit and great amenities.
Cons: The noise at night, especially during the weekend, was quite disturbing. There were constant cars and honking, and the apartment was definitely not soundproof as advertised. There was also no coffee machine even though it was shown in the photos. Dust was everywhere seems like they didnt do any floor cleaning before. The biggest downside was that the AC in the living room was not functioning, and when we arrived at noon, the only AC in the bedroom was set to heating, making the whole place very uncomfortable. I feel the host should inform guests in advance if something is malfunctioning especially for a basement unit where there’s no ventilation, AC, or even a fan. The host sent someone to help us adjust the panel, but this shouldn’t have happened in the first place. I also noticed other reviews mentioned issues with the AC as well. On our last night, the electricity went out for short while and happened again in the morning till check out. We had to leave in chaos, and to carry all the luggage through stairs. Although I understand that part was beyond the host’s control.

Pros: Big apartment and great location. Good facilities. Good AC. Clean
Cons: Beds weren't the most comfortable but were still very nice. Kitchen was missing some core things like a kettle or pots. It did have a coffee machine and pans though

Pros: Everything is good and as per description. Gülşah, the host, has been very accommodating throughout our stay. The location is great too. It is in between Galata Tower and Taksim Square, making it a great location for family with toddler like us. Overall we love the place.

Trés bon séjour
Pros: Appartement très bien situé dans le vieux Istanbul, supérette, restaurant, boutique à proximité. Tout les transports sont à coté ( tram, bus ) et il y a des taxis partout.
Cons: Qui dit bien placé, dit un peu bruyant, mais c est Istanbul...

Pros: Хорошие апарты в целом, нам все понравилось. Есть вся техника, хватает посуды, чтобы готовить и принимать пищу. Достаточно чисто, хорошие полотенца. Хост всегда был на связи и оперативно предлагал варианты решения проблем - от постельного белья (почему-то в номере все было рассчитано на двоих гостей, хотя бронировали на троих) до зонтиков. Спасибо!
Cons: Я снизила оценку за шум. Да, я понимаю, что Стамбул и центральное расположение. Но это наша пятая поездка в Стамбул, третья в этом районе, и в этих апартах с окнами проблема, они совсем не звукоизолируют, - ночью каждый байк или машина с музыкой будут вас будить. Также отмечу подуставшие стены, выпавшую розетку около умывальника и стремные пятна на ковре/диване. В ванной не было шампуня. Но на все это можно было бы закрыть глаза, если бы не шум по ночам.

Прекрасное соотношение цена/ качество, но есть вопросы к чистоте
Pros: Прекрасное расположение - близко до поезда т1 и автобусов. Вид из окна. Удобный матрас и ванная комната. Плюс, понравилась система с электронным ключом.
Cons: При въезде на диване было одно огромное желтое пятно. Оно сильно выделяется и вызывает сильный дискомфорт особенно учитывая что диван крошечный. За это минус балл. Второй балл минус за отсутствие чайника, хотя чайные пакетики почему то были.
