Great value hotel!

Pros: I mean the value for money in Turkey is what really makes the place exceptional. No complaints at all to this hotel. Well done!

Pros: The staff had very good use of English and were incredibly helpful and positive, the spa area was amazing on the body after a long day of snowboarding on Uludag, and the rooms were pretty great.

Cons: The laundry service was pretty tricky to use and seems like it could do with an update to the system (maybe using a QR code and a photo of your laundry) especially since there was no good way to request it was picked up. The breakfast buffet was a little bit lacking, I felt some of the budget could've gone towards more warm meat or eggs that were kept warm and ready to go, rather than what was basically a sandwich station with cold meat, and an omelette station where you feel your order may be missed. The restaurant and room service could have done with some healthier options.

Very good staff

Pros: The quality of the staff was truly excellent. The hotel team is extremely friendly and helpful.

Cons: The breakfast was very poor for a five-star hotel. Also, the meal served at New Year's Eve was not tasty (this is the common opinion of the whole family). The bathroom and toilet are separated by a thin partition. It is not very practical and useful.

Amazing experience

Pros: Staff were amazing especially Onur bey. He showed us around Ataturk Palas. It’s beautiful! Full of history. Rabia was also very helpful. Both always greeted us with a smile and keen to help. The Termal spa is absolutely beautiful too. Highly recommended for anyone who has joint pain. Very relaxing

This is a fantastic place to stay with your family.

Pros: This hotel is one of the best in town for historical thermal experiences. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is delicious. The location is perfect, close to the city centre and all the main tourist attractions. The hotel rooms also have a fantastic panoramic city view.
