Fantastic apartment, great location and service!
Pros: Lovely apartment, well designed and constructed. Modern technology used to access building and room, felt safe and secure. Fantastic location too.
Cons: Needs a little refreshing. I believe there hasn’t been much maintenance. Seems a bit worn down. I felt a lack necessary things like hand soap and dish soap

if you prefer a contactless stay and want to be very close to public transport, this place is a good choice.
Pros: I really liked the location — it’s just a few minutes’ walk from the tram station, and there are great shops and cafés nearby. The apartment has a small living room, a kitchen, and a terrace, and the bedroom was comfortable as well. Just to note, there is no reception. Access is through a phone app and all communication is handled online. I had a small issue with the key at one point, but they responded quickly and resolved it well.
Cons: The walls are quite thin, so you may hear the neighbors, which disturbed our sleep on some nights.

Pros: We stayed here for 3 days and it was a wonderful experience. The apartment was spacious, clean, and situated in a great location. It was very convenient to have restaurants, grocery stores, and cafes nearby. Also, being close to the T1 tram made getting around the city incredibly easy. We especially appreciated the seamless contactless check-in process. We had a very relaxing stay—thank you!

Regardless of the few negatives mentioned, overall it’s a great place to stay, the staff were super helpful and even all
Pros: A very good area in terms of transportation, shops and many attractions or landmarks a short walk or tram ride away. All basic things needed for a trip away were provided.
Cons: Some things in the property were a bit old for example one of the plug socket came out of the wall when taking plugs out and there was a stain on one of the sofas.

Better than comparable apartments
Pros: Such a quick reaction from the operating team. I got stood up by one accommodation in Istanbul and booked this apartment. Within minutes I received a message and everything I needed to enter the apartment. So responsive. Also the apartment is better than the other four I stayed earlier in Istanbul rah all look better in pictures than in reality. Location is top, the view in the picture enclosed. Bakery, caffe, restaurants and everything so close.

Cons: The air conditioning is near the entrance, and has minimal effect in the bedroom. Not good for hot summer days

Pros: Excellent servise, quick check in; The room is very clean and the facilities are very new
Cons: There is only one air conditioner in the living room. There is no air conditioner in the bedroom. Therefore, you have to keep the bedroom door open and set the air conditioner temperature in the living room to the lowest when you go to sleep at night... But in this case, the temperature in the living room feels like being in a refrigerator, while the temperature in the bedroom is just right...

Excellent location, great value for money, fantastic terrace!
Pros: Excellent location with walking distance to great streets with bars, restaurants and antiques and crafts in Cihangir, close to Galata and Karaköy. The apartments were very fresh and seem to be pretty newly renovated. The beds were very comfortable and it was pretty silent at night. The terrace was amazing! We went up for a drink every evening before sunset.
Cons: There is potential to make the terraces even more amazing by adding some more furniture and plants. Would have appreciated some more hooks in the bathroom as well!

Pros: The room was super clean and spacious. The WiFi worked perfectly and we were able to make work calls with no problems.
Cons: Unfortunately for majority of our stay our room didn’t have hot water. For the price we paid for the room this was not acceptable. Additionally on the first day we didn’t get towels, we had to ask 2 times and then I had to go to the basement to find 1 towel. Nobody ever brought any towels and we had to go searching for more. We were also limited on the times we could come and go from the property due to inspections which would have been fine for 1 day but it went on for 3 days.
