Perfect

Pros: An excellent experience overall. The hotel was very comfortable, and the rooms were spacious and clean, providing a relaxing stay. The staff were very helpful, polite, and always smiling, which really made a positive difference. The only small issue I experienced was with the laundry service. I gave my clothes in the morning and requested to receive them in the evening, but they were returned without being washed. Aside from this minor issue, everything else was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Pros: The Staff were so helpful and made me feel at home with incredible privacy and respect. I truly recommend this hotel for any couple that needs to get away for a rest and enjoy all the facilities like massage, spa and a gorgeous Haman I have traveled the world to the finest hotels and this is on my top 10 for sure. Pros: Hello, I booked through you at the Ramada Sisli Hotel and the amount was deducted from my account by you, but the reservation was not completed on September 4, 2025, and the amount was 231.56 €. You informed me that the amount would be returned to my account within 7 to 12 days, and the amount has not been refunded yet.

Pros: Location was great. Clean hotel, friendly staff. Stayed here many times and it’s the best in Yalova. Don’t waste your time looking for another hotel.

Pros: 1. Location, Location, Location! Location is amazing. Close to everything we want to visit in Yalova. From what we saw, this was the closest hotel to everything that also has free parking included. 2. As mentioned in point 1. Free parking service and vallet. 3. Employees are the sweetest. Ervene Busa and the specially bell boy (name starts with an E but forgot his name unfortunately). They were very friendly and helpful whenever we requested anything. 4. Room is spacious, very clean and nice furniture. 5. Breakfast has a good variety. 6. Has a useful supermarket in the same building. 7. Complimentary turkish bath and sauna. Although we did not get the chance to use it.

Cons: 1. Price is a bit high, could be a bit cheaper. 2. When we visited, the gym was closed for renovations and repairs which was unfortunate 3. Such hotel with high class services would be elevated if it included a swimming pool as well.

Pros: The stay at this hotel was special and we were given a free room upgrade. The staff is special and helpful and we thank them for what they provided us. The rating was on Google Maps. I will come back to you again. Thank you.

Pros: Breakfast food varieties were great and the team serving the food was also superb especially their Manager.

Cons: I would suggest the room lighting could have been improved.
