Pros: - Attitude of personnel, - good English on the reception, - cleanness of all facilities including the room, - tasty breakfast, - a lot of parking space around the hotel, - a selection of restaurants - a good supermarket nearby.

Cons: - Elevator didn't work at times, - the air conditioner in the room didn't work; we were told that it would only work for cooling in the summer. However, the air in Yalova is so good that simply opening the window mostly solved our problem.

Pros: A nice, bright hotel next to the city center. That district is generally quite. Very polite and helpful staff working there, including English-speaking persons at the reception. A good, hearty breakfast is provided. In terms of price-quality ratio, this seems to be the optimal choice for here.

Cons: It was a bit cold in the rooms early in the morning. Also the rooms could have been cleaned better.

Pros: The room was clean and equipped with everything necessary, breakfast was sufficient, the staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons: The quality of the Internet leaves much to be desired. But overall I'd recommend this hotel

Pros: Staff was really kind and smiley. The room was clean and had all what we needed, such as towels, shampoo, shower gel, etc. There are some grocery shops and cafe near to the hotel. Very nice place

Pros: Hotel je dobře situován. Blízko do centra a do přístavu. Personál velice milý. Pokoje čisté, lednice k dispozici na pokoji. Blízko restaurace k posezení. Dostali jsme na výběr zda-li chceme samostatná lůžka nebo dvoulůžko a přistýlku

Cons: Snídaně, není příliš na výběr. K dispozici pouze čaj bez kávy. Možna je to z důvodu, že jsme byli ubytováni mimo sezonu.

Pros: Es un hotel donde te hacen sentir importante, tanto en la atención como en el servicio que brindan. Las habitaciones son de dimensiones correctas. El desayuno muy bueno con amplia variedad de platos. La zona tranquila y con un super abierto todo el tiempo por si necesitas algo.

Pros: Lindo prédio. Moderno. Equipe simpática. Café gostoso. Boa localização. Estacionamento fácil. Adoramos. Sugiro com louvor. Preço ótimo.

كانت اقامة مريحة ورائعة وسوف اعود للفندق نفسه في المرات القادمة ان شاء الله.

Pros: قريب من مركز المدينة ويوجد كثير من المطاعم والسوبرماركت بجانب الفندق ،، معاملة موظفين الاستقبال ممتازة وبشوشين

Cons: يجب الحرص على تغيير غلاية الماء ،، وقليل من ازعاج السيارات.

Pros: Hekmat and the other staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Yalova is a beautiful town, definitely worth the short trip from Istanbul!

Cons: Creo que no se puede decir que no me gustaran cosas del alojamiento porque me han resuelto los inconvenientes rápidamente.
