Pros: Nice clean room. All staff very helpful. Breakfast menu was good and start 0700 till 1000.

Cons: The Bathroom has bad smell.. all the time ..especially in basement room.

Pros: Good location, close to many famous places and facilities. Decent and kind stuff (Serhan, Benyamin, cook, etc.). Rooms are pretty clean and fresh. Good breakfast.

Overall it was okay considering the value for money.

Pros: The location was very good. Transport, shopping and market were all quite near.

Cons: Breakfast could have been better. Only two days I got the omelets. Rest of the days I was told that the eggs have finished. I found it hard to believe.

I enjoyed my stay!

Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful Thank you so much Metin, Nicat and Ayner for your help. You made our stay great and we even extended our stay. Ayner was very helpful with giving directions to various location, on how to use the Metro system. The location is great with great restaurants just around the corner and the tram is also just just around the corner.

Cons: The hotel name on Booking is Grand Ararat Hotel but on the ground, the hotel name is Mount Ararat Hotel. This needs to be upgraded. We got lost trying to access the hotel on the first day from the airport.

Pros: I really appreciated the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, as well as the overall cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms and common areas were well-maintained and comfortable. Although the location is a bit further down in Fatih, it was not a problem and still convenient enough to get around. Overall, a pleasant stay
