Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this property. The space is beautifully designed, comfortable, and feels truly welcoming from the moment you arrive. Everything was perfectly clean and well organized, with great attention to detail. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city, and the atmosphere is both relaxing and refined. The staff were extremely kind and professional, always ready to help with any request. Pros: The receptionist (I forgot his name) was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room was lovely and clean. Very spacious. The location was great! Very close to the Grand bazar and attractions and good value for money.

Cons: The breakfast wasn’t very nice at all.

Pros: Staff was extremely thoughtful and kind. Excellent service and location! Overall the stay was positive experience and can recommend this hotel.

Cons: Cleanliness could be better but didn't bother too much the stay. Also shower was bit broken.

Pros: The hotel is clean, the room was well maintained, and housekeeping was done every day. The Wi-Fi works well. The staff is welcoming and helpful, with a special mention to Furkan for his kindness. The location is excellent, very close to the tram stop, which makes getting around much easier.

Cons: Maybe a bit more sweet options at breakfast, as they were available on some days.

Convenient location, Friendly staff, Good for a couple who wish to spend most of the day outdoors

Pros: Location is very convenient because it's within walking distance to the tram station, Grand Bazaar and Sultanahmet. The staff was accommodating, Furkhan was a great receptionist, very friendly and helpful, and Emrah was contactable on WhatsApp, Ibrahin gave us a great upgrade on arrival. Breakfast was good too.

Cons: I wish the pillows were softer and that the breakfast included more local food. It was mostly the same every day, so I would totally recommend adding a few local foods for customers who like to try out Turkish food. Also, the plug points weren't universal, needed to go out and buy a two-pin adapter the following day, so we couldn't charge our phones on the first day. Wish the rooms had at least one universal plug point to charge our phones.

Really comfortable & ideally situated stay

Pros: Furkan Araz was amazing. His genuiness in helping us. His smile. His professionalism. He really raised the standard of the hotel. The rest of the staff were also very helpful and willing to assist with advice, directions and other questions we had. They stored our luggage until we got back from Cappadocia at no charge.

Cons: Everything was exceptionally good. Maybe label the meat at breakfast because we don't eat beef and couldn't identify the meat. But there was plentiful options anyway.
