New Florenta Hotel

Everything was great

Pros: Everything was good. Delicious breakfast, nice room, close to the center. Also the price was very good for a five night stay. The reception team was great. On the last day we had a problem with the taxi which was supposed to pick us up. Thanks to mr Yasmin, we were able to get a new taxi and we made it on time to the airport. He also contacted us later to ask if we catch the flight. That was very kind of him. Thank you 🙏 We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

Pros: The breakfast was nice and the location as well. Everything was about 8-10 minutes walk I was amazed. Worth to mention the staff which were all lovely.

Pros: The breakfast was very varied and the reception staff was very hepful and nice, always talking to us and giving us nice recommendations. The location is also very close to the main attractions in that area: Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, Egyptian Bazaar.

Cons: We didn't have hot water for 2 days in a row.

Pros: The location was excellent, but what truly set this stay apart was the outstanding customer service. This is not a typical hotel—the warmth of the staff and the quality of the facilities make you feel genuinely at home from the moment you arrive. Words are not enough to express our gratitude to New Florenta Hotel. Every detail was thoughtfully maintained, everything was in perfect condition, and the pricing was very reasonable, including a generous breakfast buffet with plenty of options. We can’t wait to return. Thank you, New Florenta, for such a seamless, memorable, and enjoyable stay.

Pros: Location was close to all the main sites. Hotel was cery clean and comfortable. The staff were absolutley amazing. Very helpful with any questions we had.

Lovely hotel with amazing breakfast and excellent location

Pros: Lovely hotel with amazing breakfast and excellent location for exploring the city. About an hour from both airports, 10 mins walk to the old town and 10 mins to the Galata tower bridge. Helpful staff, helped to organise a transfer for us and communicated good.

Cons: A bit noisy at night with other hotel guests slamming the doors, but I guess it depends on the guests and not the hotel.

Excellent

Pros: Very comfortable and clean place. Helpful and gracious welcoming staff. Excellent location and nearest to all tourist spots. Great breakfast buffet spread with delicious turkish dishes and tea.

Cons: Its a hike going and coming from bazaars and main bus/metro spots so wouldnt recommend for old age people or people with heart/arthritis conditions.

Nice vegan friendly hotel

Pros: Very clean room with daily housekeeping and a great location close to the main attractions. The staff were kind and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of vegan options. The hotel even provided plant-based milk and bananas specially at our request - thank you so much again!

Cons: Not much space for storing the clothes, a hanger for jackets was missing
