Pros: The location was excellent, and the hotel staff were extremely kind and always ready to help with anything we needed. For us, breakfast was quite early since we came on vacation, but they always allowed us to stay a bit longer so we could enjoy it, which was great. The rooms are not very large, but that was not a big issue considering that we only used the room to rest and to take a shower. All compliments to the hotel staff — we would definitely recommend this hotel !

Pros: Excellent location, nice old townhouse. Easy to reach from the airport by the metro. Lovely staff, very nice, friendly, helpful. Room was fine, simple, basic but fine. En suite bathroom. Breakfast ok, nice start to the day
Cons: No room for a chair in the room, no view. . So not a place to hang out. Breakfast a bit basic. Would have loved more local specialities...

Pros: Good location, helful and nice staff. We had 3 rooms + kitchen apartment, large space what we appreciated.
Cons: Breakfast from 9:00-10:00, for Central European people (early birds biorytmus) it’s too late, our recommendation is to change it from 7:30/8:00 to 10:00. We want to live during the day, not into the dark. But we asked for breakfast at 8:00 and we had it, thank you for that. Not good good quality of windows cold air from outside came to bedroom during the night with not enough heating.

Pros: All the staff members were extremely kind, helpful, respectful, and professional. They were always available to assist, answered my questions with patience, and made sure that I felt comfortable at all times. Thanks to their excellent service and positive attitude, my stay was very pleasant. Please convey my gratitude to the entire team. Thank you for your hospitality.
Cons: small suggestion regarding the breakfast service.The breakfast could be more varied and offered in larger quantities, especially for families.

Pros: Our stay was great! 1. The staff is extremely helpful 2. They are very kind, we were a group of 5 people and asked if the breakfast time could be altered to our preference and even though it meant preparing breakfast twice, they agreed with a big smile. 3. Whatever we asked for, they would get it with no issue ( lactose free milk, prayer matt, scale) 4. The location is very convenient, 8 minutes walk from the veznicular metro station, and a 12 minutes walk from laleli tram station, and a 6 minutes walk from the bus stop, so every transportation way is available 5. The breakfast was good and the simit and bread were fresh everyday! This was one of my best stays in istanbul. The hospitality of the staff is another level. THANK YOU

The restaurant was like a palace :)
Pros: I came to Istanbul for business and stayed at the Grand Suleymaniye. The people were really kind. My earliest check-in time was 13:00. I arrived at the hotel at 9:00. Mr. Feyzi settled me in my room without a second thought. The street it is located on makes this hotel quite exclusive. It is opposite the Kayseri Ahmet Pasha Mansion and there are security guards next to it.
