Cons: I wouldn’t book a basement room again. I believe the upper apartments are nicer.

Pros: We felt absolutely wonderful and were welcomed so warmly. You are truly special and very hospitable people. Everything was exceptional — very clean, peaceful, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We received a complimentary room upgrade — thank you so much! On top of that, every year for my birthday, up until I turned 32, I have been on a vacation, but I have never had such a surprise from a hotel — to be sung to and receive a cake. You are the sweetest! ❤️ Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, and we will definitely come back. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Pleasant stay in a nice location

Pros: The property was in a nice location, with a nice view of the Bosphorous from reception & walkable distance from Blue mosque and Hagiya sofia. Tram station is walkable gives easy access to most of the tourist attractions. The staff was so helpful, we reached at around 1:30 am , the receptionist helped us with ordering food from his phone , that was just a beginning later on everything went really well.

Nice memory in the heart of Istanbul

Pros: Strategic place near to most famous historical places, the furniture , the design, the friendly and welcoming reception , the gave me free upgrade , Resturant view directly to the sea , the room service are really good and commitment , even they help me to take my luggage out without telling them , all in all I love it

Cons: The window shatters blocking the view, also the pillows not comfortable much, the restaurant and food tables are slightly small.

Pros: Catch was a beautiful hotel for our first time in Istanbul. A relatively easy walking from all the attractions on the European side. The bed was comfy, pillows great. Breakfast was lovely. We where able to check in earlier which really made our first day in Istanbul easy. The staff where helpful and kind. Really happy with this hotel i would definitely recommend it.

Cons: The only thing we noticed was there was slight smell coming from the shower drain. Once we covered the drain with a towel it was much better. These thing are expected in old cities though so really didnt make our stay unpleasant. We just kept the bathroom door closed & opened the windows in the bathroom.

Pros: The stuff was very friendly, they helped is with everything we need and we felt welcomes.Very nice location, near to historical places. The hotel was very clean. 10/10 this os a very good choice for accomodation ✅✅✨✨

Extremely satisfied in general therms

Pros: Breakfast far from amazing, all organic and good quality. The rooms are comfortable and we even got an upgrade for no extra cost. Further than that, we had an issue with the taxi driver which would only accept cash, and the recepcionist helped us straight away to sort that (avoiding further embarassments). The location is very good, very close to the historical centre, but in a quieter area 5 minutes away from it walking. Staff ultra friendly and the price we paid for the service we got was beyond from fair.

Very nice!

Pros: Very nice and comfortable. The staff very friendly and always ready to help! Hospitality is their strong point. Breakfast was good as well, and the lady helping there was extremely nice. She told me the recipe of the carrot salad. 😋

Cons: The noise! The walls were not that soundproof. You could hear every single noise. People walking down and up the stairs, loud voices very early in the morning, like 5 o’clock or so.

Pros: Was upgraded for free. Was super cute. Location was awesome. Great price. Staff were lovely. Bed was super comfortable.

Cons: Breakfast was pretty good but not a huge selection. But not really an issue.
