Pros: Friendly staff and good communication. 24/7 help desk. Good location to historical monuments. Room comfortable.

Cons: Beds could have an extra layer of protection as they only had a single sheet. There was some noise in the room, potentially due to the aircon, but it did not bother me. Although it is technically a central location, the location is a tourist trap with not as many good or cheap restaurants, which is a shame, because the hotel is nice. (This is obviously not the hotel's fault)

Pros: Great location! 5 minutes walk to the main tourist spots! The staff there are very helpful and flexible!

Cons: Our room doesn't have enough natural lights and air flow since it's very close to the next building.

Pros: The hotel is very well located, near the sightseeing places, where you find markets, restaurants, everything by foot. The staff were friendly and helpful. Parking place was available. I got an upgraded big room with balcony, because it was not busy. I can recommend and would come back again.

Cons: The fridge was not working, but for just one night-sleep it didn't bother me.

Pros: The service was very good.Staff of the hotel was very efficient and responsive and resolved everything we asked for. Staff members Zaki,Saeed,Amray, and Abru were very responsible and respectful

Cons: Outside from the hotel the way to Arasta bazar,blue mosque etc were bit hard because more than 30 steps passing on top of train track. especially if somebody has special needs.
