Good breakfast but alla in all not really worth the price.

Pros: Good breakfast , big variety but the scrambled eggs weren't cooked well enough. Calmer area in the old town close to the water. The welcome drink is either coffee/tea or a can of soda (so you don't expect wine or similar).

Cons: It said in the booking that spa access was included but that was only 30 mins per day and only in three limited rooms. Jacuzzis were NOT included for example, you have to pay extra for that. And they'll charge you for sitting longer than 30 mins in the sauna/steamroom area. NOT GOOD at all for a hotel stating that spa access is included. Never experienced that anywhere in the world before (and Ive traveled A LOT). Also good to know that the Annex not is on the actual hotel premises, its up on the street so you have to get fully dressed in order to go to the breakfast, spa, pool or lobby. There's also only view towards a shady courtyard or street from the annex, no sea view.

Over all my stay was wonderful and I would stay again as I am a repeat customer

Pros: The room was perfect and spacious. A very warmly cosy feeling.

Cons: May be they could do with better lighting in the rooms to brighten things up a little.

Pros: Everything was perfect. The staff was exceptional, breakfast was so good, the room was very clean and very comfortable. You can have late checkout at 1. 30pm for free and at 6pm for just 100 euros.

Cons: I would like to have more chairs in the backyard as we never had a chance to sit. Several times the elevator was shortly out Service, we lived on the third floor. The price is a bit high for the location. It's really close to ferries and nice restaurants, but to get to main historical attractions you either have to hire a taxi or walk uphill for 15-20 minutes. Eventually we found that the best and fastest way to gi their was tram.

Great place, people, and breakfast. Safe and close to attractions in Sultanahmet.

Pros: Service and staff was amazing. Everyone was very friendly and willing to help with most any needs. The breakfast was also amazing including local foods as well as familiar ones. A/C in the rooms was also very helpful.

Cons: Music in the courtyard would go a bit too long into the night and could be heard through windows. Only bothered us 1 night. Limited local (non-touristy) food options in the immediate area, but decently easy to access other parts of the city.

Fantastic location, friendly staff!

Pros: Location was fantastic, under a 10 minute walk to the main square of Istanbul to explore tourist landmarks. Access to the spa (sauna & steam) for free was a very welcome treat & the uniqueness of the hotel was great.

Cons: Room layout wasn't ideal, bathroom was very close to bed area.

Good hotel to explore ancient Istanbul

Pros: The location is excellent for the main two mosques. Breakfast was nothing special as it was more a continental one. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Checking in took too long as the staff were trying to impress us. With drinks.

Lovely oasis of calm in a hectic but amazing city!

Pros: I loved everything! The pool was just lovely and it was nice to have the breakfast area there too. Breakfast was excellent - loads of choice and very tasty. I loved the location as was on a quiet street but 2 minutes walk to all the restaurants. Also close to the water so perfect for a daily run!! Staff could not be nicer or more helpful. My first room smelt a little but they changed it immediately with no fuss. Absolutely loved this hotel - will definitely be back and I highly recommend.

Cons: Everything was amazing

Pros: Staff is great, very polite and helpful. Hotel's location is perfect, in a minute you are near Blue Mosque and tram station for the rest of the city. Breakfast is good and the bed is fantastic 😊

Cons: Hotel needs a bit of refurbishment, especially toilets. However, everything is extremely clean which is the most important thing.
