Galaxy Hotel Sultanahmet

Pros: Excellent value for money. Very good. And very close to tourist attractions. I recommend it.

Pros: Good day. The hotel staff and owners are very friendly people. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, and very close to central locations.

Welcoming Warm Cozy room.

Pros: Room was neat and welcoming with towels folded in swan figures. Toiletries, hair dryer, towels, electric kettle and tea coffee pouches were all in place. Hot water in bathroom was available. Windows had good view . Air conditioner working well. Furnishings clean. Laundry facilities available ( payable separately). Wi-fi worked fine. As we reached a little early, they let us check in 2hours early, as soon as the room was available. They were kind enough to store our luggage for 5 days as we went to visit another city.

Cons: Kindly note, It's not a wheelchair accessible place. Entrance has steps down and rooms also require climbing to various floors.

A good place to stay for short term with the good price.

Pros: The staffs (a guy and Larissa) are good, friendly and helpful. The location is good and close to the main attraction in Sultanahmet but the road is quite hilly and bumpy. If you come by public transport and carry a lot of big luggages, it is a bit difficult and feels far. Either you bring less stuff or get taxi to reach the hotel to make it easier. Although the hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful area but the small road makes it busy at times when there are a lot of vehicles passing by and maintenance work is being done.

Cons: There was no lift / elevator to go to the rooms from lobby since it's a small and cute building. If you come along with big and heavy luggages, so difficult to get up to your room.

Clean + conveniently located + friendly staff = value for money.

Pros: Absolutely friendly staff at reception. He made us feel welcome despite our delayed payment due to the bank system being down for a day or so. A big thanks to Larissa too, who cleans the rooms and kindly helped us at check-out

Overall: very good, we liked the hotel.

Pros: The best location as it is close to all touristic attractions. I also liked the owner of hotel, Ahmet, he is not only friendly but very helpful to guide you through Istanbul.

Good value for money, great location

Pros: Really well located hotel, and good value for money. The manager Ahmet was lovely and gave us some good recommendations. We had an issue with the hotel we had originally booked so we booked this stay very last minute, the manager met us at nearly midnight to accommodate us.

Cons: On our last morning, the cleaner came into our room at 9:30am (check out was at 11) without knocking. Wifi was a bit slow sometimes.

Pros: The hotel is definitely worth for price and performance and i liked to stay there

Cons: One bed's one side goes a little bit down side
