Pros: Everything was clean and organised. The host provided us with everything we needed from towels to showergel, flipflops and so on. There is anything supermarket really closed to the flat and lots of restaurants. The attractions are close too, about 15 minutes walking distance. If we ever come back, this is the place we are going to stay at.

Pros: Very reasonable price, very comfortable and great location, right on the edge of the main tourist area but still a lovely local feel and near some great affordable restaurants.

Great location in Sultanahmet
Pros: Everything was great, our host Eray was very helpful and attentive, room was clean, bathroom smelled good, although it was a little small. Bed is very comfortable, bedding and towels are clean. Per our requests we were provided with iron and transportation card without charge. Wifi is strong, never had a problem with it. Location is good because it's not up the hill, there are two beautiful parks with fountains located nearby, one just across the road. Had a really great experience with our stay.

Good quality for the price, good location and clean
Pros: The location is good, you can walk to Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The T1 tram is pretty close, to go to Eminonu and Galata tower. The rooms have AC, it was clean and cleaned every other day by the host, which is an always smiling dude with a good vibe. Next door is a market so you can buy some water, lots of restaurants close by, the parking was in a closed courtyard, that had multiple security cameras.
Cons: Sometimes the shower drain was drying up and some smell came out, but it only happened once and a second time we started to smell it and started the shower to fill up the drain. And the friends that stayed at last floor sometimes didn’t have hot water, is multiple people were taling showers. These are pretty minor things.

Very good value in an excellent location.
Pros: Superb location - within a short walking distance to main historic sites (including Hagia Sophia); a couple of minutes walk to a local hamam, supermarket and restaurants; peaceful location at night, good for sleeping. Large comfortable room with ensuite - lovely view to a small park with a water fountain; clean room with ample light streaming through the windows ; strong water pressure in the shower. Friendly and helpful manager - thank you Eray.
Cons: No lift - steep stair case with loose handrail on level 1, may pose a challenge for some travellers. Room wasn’t cleaned each day - it was cleaned once in a four night stay with sheets not changed.

Very relaxing and comfortable.
Pros: Friendliness of our host. Spacious room with balcony.
Cons: We lost water one day but host explained and it was a general outage. Nothing could be done.
