Baia Bursa Hotel

Excellent place in Bursa

Pros: The hotel is in an excellent location on our route back to Istanbul. Easy to find, check-in is always fast. The room is big and well insulated, very comfortable. The breakfast is not really our taste, but everyone can find something for themselves. I lost my ring in the room, which I didn't realize until 1 hour later driving. Yasin from the reception, directly contacted me to inform they found my ring and I friend of mine could go pick it up. I am forever grateful for Yasin, excellent communication and so so helpful.

Pros: This is the second time my family and I have stayed at this hotel and once again all our expectations were met. The hotel has a charging station for electric cars, the cleanliness was up to standard, the food in the restaurant was delicious, the staff was responsive - shortly after we checked in, an earthquake was felt about 150 km from Bursa, we were accommodated on the 9th floor (where the earthquake was felt quite strongly) and after a request from us, our rooms were changed to a lower floor so that possible future earthquakes would not be felt so noticeably.

Cons: I can't point out

Pros: Everything was perfect and the staff is so kind and helpful. SPA and hammam service is the best, we were so satisfied with this.

Cons: The room was super clean, sink and toilet was also super clean which I was really obsessed with cleaning services as an OCD patient, but the floor of shower (decorated with little stones) was old and it made me hesitate if it’s old or not clean enough. For a 5 star hotel, it can make a guest questioning cleanness of property, friendly reminder from me. Except that, everything was awesome. Balance of price and performance was optimal.

Pros: Location and the breakfast also the cleaning of the room

Cons: The front desk staff can be more kindly and supportive

Pros: The attitude of the staff - everyone was responsive and kind, the location of the hotel, the cleanliness and the availability of charging stations for electric cars

Cons: There was no such thing

Great hotel, lovely members of staff and in general just loved bursa

Pros: The location was lovely, the hotel was nice and very peaceful stay

Cons: Repetitive breakfast

Pros: The cupboard in the room made a very good impression - it's made comfortable and practical 🙂.

Cons: The staff should improve their knowledge of the English language. It's inappropriate to discuss anything by hand in a five star hotel. The bathroom walls were dirty, as well as the glass cup there.

I will continue booking in this place it’s my favorite Hotel in Turkey.

Pros: The Place is so clean and so calm all the staff are friendly and the service is amazing.

Cons: It’s so good and i got special treatment for my father and my mother.

Excellent stay amongst a bunch of professional caring and friendly staff.

Pros: Excellent facilities, the on site massage place is absolutely a must. Great value and fantastic service. The breakfast was good and the staff friendly and very helpful

Cons: It’s about 7km away from the actual city centre which is where it’s all happening. However, the positives overall far outweigh this one hinderance

Pros: great more than i was thinking front desk manger mr ismail was very friendly even he arange breakfast after the time of it thanks for all i will back again insalah in fact all staff in this hotel was great
