Rejuvenating stay in luxury hotel.

Pros: Well located in Bursa opposite shopping mall, ATM and 15 min taxi to cable car. Thermal spa facilities complimentary. Room spacious and comfortable room temperature. Carpeted, luxurious feel bathroom with good layout. Breakfast superb. Massage was excellent (extra charge worth it )

Cons: Paper cups in room for tea were a bit of a surprise.

Pros: The facilities, the spa and saunas, the restaurant in the rooftop. The room was really comfortable and the bed was amazing to rest well. Unfortunately, I didnt have enough time to try all the spa treatments or have breakfast, but I would definitely come back!

Cons: The only thing we didn't like is that we had to return back the next day to work. Wish we could have stayed longer!!

Its ok hotel

Pros: Parking was good, lobby bar was very good and the restaurant at the top. Very polite and professional Waiters, reception peope and wallet parkers.

Cons: The bathroom was outdated, bathtub only (no shower), windows non insulated therefore a lot of noise coming in from cars passing by. The room didnt have enough lights and one of them was not working.
