Pros: in general all was great . at front desk reception was many stuff but the most skilled person who help too much and support solving any problem was Mr. CEYHUN . and the breakfast stuff was also great thanks for all

Cons: one of the car parking stuff i didn't know his name was un polite shouldn't be at Hilton .as at front desk office was one of the stuff i think his name (Emre) also not so kind at all in fact not in the level of Hilton stuff service

Fantastic stay at the impressive hotel.

Pros: All aspects of the hotel were impressive. Private underground parking, impressive Atrium, spacious rooms, luxury bathroom and helpful staff.

Cons: Although the hotel is located in a quiet area it is quite far from the main attractions of Bursa. If it was a little closer then it would be ideal.

Pros: The staff is very friendly and polite. Service is good. Beds are very comfortable.

Cons: No major incidents but our luggage came a bit late to the room. Besides that nothing I did not like
