A pleasant respite from the noise and hustle and bustle of Istanbul

Pros: First of all, I would like to mention that I was initially concerned and had doubts about whether I should really book this hotel. Reports of poor breakfasts that are not replenished and cleared away too early, lots of flies, etc. I cannot confirm any of this at all. The hotel has friendly and very helpful staff. It is in a great location with a beautiful view. There are great hiking trails in the area with even better views. A boat runs continuously between the hotel and the city during the day free of charge. Buses are within walking distance.

Cons: The music on the beach is just crazy loud.

Lovely, soul touching and just amazing!

Pros: The staff is very helpful and attentive to the details and requests, they upgraded our room category for Birthday with amazing views. The resort is very clean with soul touching flowers around which complete the stunning nature of the location Only one point to put attention for visitors - transportation from the ferry station on arrival to the resort which may take over an hour of waiting in the queue and more expensive when 1,5 lovely ferry boat journey to reach the Island Highly recommend The Roof Ada whilst visiting the Prince Islands and Thank you for our memorable stay!

Cons: As above - only transportation mode from the ferry to the resort

Pros: The room was big and clean, and all other facilities were perfect. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful :)

Cons: Nothing!

Breathtaking View: A Hidden Gem by the Sea

Pros: The location and design of this hotel are breathtaking. The exceptional view directly over the pool and the sea with a private beach. We stayed out of season, but I imagine it's exceptional in June and July. The room was large, clean, and with an exceptional view from the balcony. Despite the hotel being far from the center, it's actually easily accessible by bus in 10 minutes throughout the day and evening. The property features a swimming pool, expansive gardens, and direct access to the beach via stairs. The staff were very welcoming and kind, arranging a taxi for us to the center as we needed to catch the boat very early.

Pros: The view was great. The territory of hotel is very nice. The personal fulfilled all requests and the food in the restaurant

Exceptional seaside view small hotel

Pros: Location and design of this hotel is stunning. If you want a standalone seaside hotel with minimum people - it's just that. Design is really good (especially luxe rooms with bath near panoramic window), repairs of rooms just finished. Own beach and pier with clean sea:) Check-in was fast and simple, Turkish breakfast is tasty and prepared just for you. Pool also with wonderful view - but bathed in sea and enjoyed it. Owner, manger and staff was very welcoming and nice - please keep up with this hotel, I definitely want to return later someday only to see it even better! As an idea - please provide sea transfer from/ to pier with reasonable price - I would pay just to have such a seatrip with nice views:)

Cons: Really love this new hotel, so want to recommend where to update for management for next season (I believe most questions are because i was almost first to visit): 1) provide all amenities to room - I asked to deliver a kettle, coffee capsule, another blanket... Please put it in rooms to avoid and questions from customers (also please provide usual blankets as in other hotels) 2) there is no phone to call to reception - you need to go up if you have questions - so if there is no cables - just provide some whatsUP support line or something similar (on check-in and with info inside room) 3) Wi-Fi - worked really nice on beach and bar, but just on top (1 level higher) - you can not even connect - maybe WiFi router can be readjusted or repositioned to cover rooms also. 4) put some more information on how to get to hotel - booking geolocation was wrong, and update all maps please (Yandex, Mapsme, Google).

Splendid Hotel, Splendid Staff, Splendid Experience!

Pros: The service is splendid! And the location as well! Anytime my wife and I are in Istanbul, we will book in this hotel.

Cons: Maybe the transportation to and off the city center. Maybe the hotel could arrange some transportation from a certain time in the evening or in the morning.

Pros: Прекрасное расположение с красивым видом. Все удобства, очень вкусная еда в ресторане на ужин
