Mansion Miliá

Pros: The garden and the view is beautiful. Room was cute and clean

Pros: Mansion Miliá is a beautiful traditional house, with exceptional views across the Sea of Marmara towards Istanbul. Big thank you to the staff who stayed up late to check myself and a friend in when we were much later arriving to the island than expected, due to my luggage being left in London. The guest house is very pretty, with a lovely garden for breakfast when the weather is good. My room was clean, with plenty of hanging space for clothes, good air con and a kettle for tea/coffee. Loved that the place was more like a home than a hotel. Breakfast, as everyone says, is great!

Cons: My room was just off the main hallway of the house and it could be a bit noisy when other people arrive back or early in the morning when breakfast is being prepared. Nothing that my ear plugs couldn't solve though.

Pros: Very beautiful building in Greek authentic style not far from the city center. Very caring staff. Comfortable and clean rooms.

Cons: I would like more filling breakfasts

Pros: If I ever visit Buyukada again or I know anyone who is visiting Buyukada, I'll only recommend Mansion Milia. Extremely peaceful location and very pretty breakfast garden with sea view. The rooms are small but very functional and clean. The best part of the stay is Neslihan and her team. So kind and welcoming, I deeply appreciate them. Also the cherry on top: the best filling breakfast I've ever had. Very satisfied.

Pros: Probably the best ocean view on all of the islands

Pros: The most incredible converted mansion. Our room had a balcony and a jaw dropping sea view looking out to Istanbul. Breakfast is bought out to you in the garden beautifully presented.

Pros: Home feels and province life feels. Peaceful sanctuary.

Pros: The property is exceptional, clean, and beautifully appointed with excellent amenities. The manager/owner, Nelsihan (please excuse me if I've misspelled her name), was incredibly gracious and accommodating. My wife was feeling unwell cos we were travelling overnight, so she kindly arranged an early check-in and even upgraded us to a superior room since one was available. The entire staff was warm and welcoming, and the breakfast was fresh. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Buyukada.

Pros: Such a beautiful property. The host was so kind and helpful every step of the way. Very very clean and tidy. We had to leave early and the hosts even made us a breakfast to take away so we wouldn’t miss out. Would recommend to anybody who is staying on the island

Cons: The walk up the hill was long and very steep. Definitely plan a mini bus or scooter up the hill if you are going to stay. But at the same time no real issue
