Pros: Great staff, Perfect Location, Shared Kitchen 24 h open

Cons: The shower door was broken, Need repair

Pros: I stayed here a few weeks ago when it was a hostel and it was fantastic. However it has now (through no choice of the owners) become a hotel. Still the same great facilities as before.

Cons: No hostel vibe as before which was a disappointment. The change from hostel to hotel was made between me booking and staying.

Lovely acomodation

Pros: They gave me an upgrade and I had a private room even that I booked for a shared one. It was just great. Really clean, with great warming system, towels and whatever you need from a room. The kitchen was always clean and the staff was very friendly. During my stay, they made dinner for free for us and it was very tasty and a great way to meet other travellers :) The location is great! Just know you will train your legs haha

Cons: The breakfast was just ok

Pros: I have been travelling full time for over 6 years and seriously this is one of the best hostels that I have stayed in. Comfortable. Excellent location. Good value for money. Good facilities (a larger common room would be nice though) And most of all the friendly and helpful staff

Pros: Great people, perfect location, very clean. You feel at home and part of a family.

Cons: Nothing.

Central to galata area, great breakfast and coffee at the shop downstairs. Comfortable stay!

Pros: We had the private room with bathroom. Was more spacious than expected. Check in was simple. The lift helped since we had huge suitcases. Walking distance around Galata. Breakfast included is a delicious the coffee shop was great 😊 wish we could have stayed longer to join all the fun activities like the pub crawl and Sunday night dinner

Best accommodation experience in Istanbul.

Pros: The staff, the staff, the staff and everything else. I’ve been to Istanbul quite a lot, this is by far the best. If I ever come back, it will certainly be this place that I’d like to be. Thanks Burak and to all the lovely staff. PS: excellent breakfast!

Cons: None.

Pros: Great hostel. The bed linen is clean, the rooms are cleaned, there is toilet paper, soap and hot water). There is a cozy kitchen that you can use. They also offer a delicious breakfast.

Overall, though, it’s a lovely place with great people and a relaxed, local atmosphere. I’d happily come back!

Pros: I stayed at Hotel Le Banc for 2 nights and really enjoyed my time there. The place has a cozy, authentic Istanbul vibe. I loved that there was drinkable tap water available and the option to cook in the shared kitchen plus a great selection of beers to choose from! The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, especially Baran and Didem, who made the stay feel very welcoming. We were even invited to join the free dinner after our checkout, which was such a kind gesture and made us feel like part of the community.

Cons: I did miss having towels provided. Also, breakfast could be improved; there were only two types available and unfortunately no traditional Turkish option, which was a bit of a pity.

Comfy private room and amazing location.

Pros: I got a private room, which was super comfortable and cute. Location was amazing. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and the coffee was really nice downstairs.

Cons: Not relate to like it or not, just have in mind that it is a hostel where people are more into themselves and not really a place to meet people, I’d say. For me worked pretty well, it was what I needed. But in general, if you want to meet people, I’m not sure if this is your place.
